Abstract

Pelayanan farmasi klinik di rumah sakit merupakan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan apoteker sesuai dengan standar pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit. Pelayanan farmasi klinik dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi pasien yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh kolaborasi antar tenaga kesehatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan, terutama dokter dengan apoteker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor sosiodemografi dengan persepsi dan harapan dokter di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, untuk itu digunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data dengan teknik non random sampling menggunakan kuesioner dan survei. Data yang diperoleh dari uji statistik Somers’d, Spearman’s, dan koefisiensi korelasi Cramer’s dengan nilai signifikansi ≤ 0.05. Pada penelitian ini didapat uji korelasi 4 faktor sosiodemografi dengan persepsi dokter yaitu usia (p = 0,791), lama kerja (p = 0,165), spesialisasi (p = 0,238), dokter spesialis/PPDS (p = 0,123) dan 4 faktor sosiodemografi dengan harapan yaitu usia (p = 0,506), lama kerja (p = 0,279), spesialisasi (p = 0,985), dokter spesialis/PPDS (p = 0,715). Dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor sosiodemografi dengan persepsi dan harapan dokter terhadap pelayanan farmasi klinik di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.

English Abstract

Clinical pharmacy care in a hospital is a health care activity carried out by a pharmacist in accordance with pharmaceutical care standards in a hospital. Clinical pharmaceutical treatment can increase the success of patient therapy which can be influenced by collaboration between health workers in health care, especially doctors and pharmacists. This study aims to determine the correlation between sociodemographic factors with perceptions and expectations of doctors in clinical pharmacy care at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The analysis that was used in this research was a analytic observational research design with a cross sectional approach was used. Retrieval of data with non random sampling techniques using questionnaires and survey. Data obtained from the Somers statistical test, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and Cramer with a significance value ≤ 0.05. In this study, a correlation test of 4 sociodemographic factors with perceptions of doctors was obtained, namely age (p = 0.791), length of work (p = 0.165), specialization (p = 0.238), specialist/resident (p = 0.123) and 4 sociodemographic factors with expectations doctors were age (p = 0.506), length of work (p = 0.279), specialization (p = 0.985), specialist/resident (p = 0.715). The results of this study there is no correlation between sociodemographic factors and the perception and expectations of doctors in clinical pharmacy care at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.
