Abstract

Perawat adalah tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki tugas untuk memberikan, menerapkan, mau pun memperkenalkan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Di lain sisi, banyak perawat yang masih digaji dengan rentang nominal yang kecil. Selain itu, tingginya jumlah lulusan perawat tidak sebanding dengan jumlah lowongan kerja untuk perawat. Jika dilihat dari sudut pandang masyarakat sebagai penerima layanan keperawatan, ada masyarakat yang membutuhkan jasa perawat untuk datang ke rumah atau lokasi yang diinginkan. Hal ini sering ditemui jika kondisi pasien yang tidak memadai untuk sering berpindah-pindah, sebagai contoh yaitu pasien lansia. Proses pemesanan perawat ke rumah secara konvensional memiliki beberapa kekurangan, yang pertama calon klien/pasien tidak dapat menjamin kualitas perawat, yang kedua harga yang tidak pasti, yang ketiga jarang ditemui layanan pemesanan perawat bersama dengan paket alat kesehatan, dan yang keempat tidak adanya dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan atau rekam medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat menemukan perawat sesuai preferensinya, membantu perawat mengontrol data rekam medis pasien secara praktis, membantu perawat dalam mempromosikan jasanya kepada masyarakat, dan menyediakan pemesanan layanan keperawatan bersama dengan paket penyewaan alat kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini dibangun suatu sistem aplikasi perangkat lunak yang memiliki proses bisnis sewa-menyewa baik antara pemilik bisnis kepada klien maupun antara perawat dan klien. Sistem aplikasi ini diberi nama Heloners. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan pembangunan aplikasi web berorientasi objek. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 33 (tiga puluh tiga) kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 (satu) kebutuhan nonfungsional. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa suatu sistem aplikasi yang diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan di atas. Pengujian unit dan pengujian validasi yang dilakukan terhadap sistem menghasilkan 100% valid untuk semua kasus uji.

English Abstract

Nurses are health workers who have the duty to provide, implement, and also introduce health to the community. On the other hand, many nurses are still paid with a small nominal range. In addition, the high number of nurse graduates is not proportional to the number of job openings for nurses. If viewed from the perspective of the community as a recipient of nursing services, there are people who need nurses' services to come to the desired home or location. This is often encountered if the patient's condition is inadequate for frequent moving, for example the elderly patient. The conventional process of ordering home nurses has several drawbacks, the first is a prospective client/patient cannot guarantee the quality of the nurse, the second is an uncertain price, the third is rarely encountered by the nurse ordering service together with a package of medical devices, and the fourth is the lack of care documentation nursing or medical record. This study aims to help people find nurses according to their preferences, help nurses control the patient's medical record data practically, assist nurses in promoting their services to the community, and provide ordering nursing services along with medical equipment rental packages. Therefore, this research developed a software application system that has a leasing business process between business owners to clients as well as between nurses and clients. This application system is named Heloners. In this study an object-oriented web application development approach is used. The results of this study were as many as 33 (thirtythree) functional requirements and 1 (one) non-functional requirement. The final result of this study is in the form of an application system that is expected to be able to answer the above problems. Unit testing and validation testing conducted on the system yield 100% valid for all test cases.
