Abstract
Kanker Paru merupakan semua penyakit keganasan di paru, mencakup keganasan yang berasal dari paru sendiri maupun keganasan dari luar paru dan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia. Prevalensi kanker paru di Indonesia pada tahun 2012 menduduki peringkat ke-1 pada jenis kelamin laki-laki dan peringkat ke-3 pada jenis kelamin perempuan dari seluruh kanker yang ditemukan di rumah sakit. Terapi Target berupa EGFR-TKI merupakan salah satu jenis kemoterapi yang bekerja pada reseptor di permukaan sel transmembran. Jenis mutasi EGFR pada penderita kanker dapat diketahui yang dialami dari hasil pemeriksaan histopatologianatomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui angka kejadian kanker paru, serta mutasi EGFR dari kanker paru tersebut yang akan dilakukan Terapi Target (EGFR-TKI). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan mutasi EGFR positif terbanyak pada exon 19, usia diatas 40 tahun, dan pada jenis kelamin perempuan. Jumlah pasien kanker paru semakin meningkat dari tahun 2016 sampai 2018.
English Abstract
Lung cancer is all malignant diseases in the lungs, including malignancies originating from the lungs themselves and malignancies from outside of the lungs and being one of the main causes of death in Indonesia. The prevalence of lung cancer in Indonesia in 2012 was ranked 1st in the male and ranked 3rd in the female of all cancers found in the hospital. Target therapy in the form of EGFR-TKI is one type of chemotherapy that works on receptors on the surface of transmembrane cells. The type of EGFR mutation in cancer patients can be known which is experienced from the results of the histopathologic examination. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of lung cancer, as well as the EGFR mutation of lung cancer that will be carried out by Target Therapy (EGFR-TKI). This study uses a descriptive analysis research design with a cross-sectional approach. Based on the results of the study found the most positive EGFR mutations in exon 19, age over 40 years, and in the female sex. The number of lung cancer patients is increasing from 2016 to 2018.
