Abstract
Tebu merupakan salah satu tanaman penghasil glukosa yang dimanfaatkan dan diolah di pabrik gula sebagai salah satu bahan baku dalam proses pengolahan produk gula. Rencana strategis Kementerian Pertanian tahun 2015-2019 menjelaskan bahwa kementerian pertanian terus berusaha meningkatkan produktivitas pabrik maupun gula pada petani. Peningkatan produktivitas pada perusahaan terkait dengan peningkatan rendemen tebu, perbaikan kualitas SDM dan peningkatan manajemen rantai pasok pabrik gula. Perkembangan industri gula diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan agar berjalan lebih baik, efisien, dan efektif. Salah satu perusahaan industri pengolahan tebu adalah Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang yang merupakan pabrik gula dengan kapasitas produksi yang tinggi sekitar produksi 12.800 ton cane per day (TCD). Dengan kapasitas produksi tinggi, perusahaan memerlukan pemantauan manajemen rantai pasok untuk mengatur aliran barang mulai dari petani tebu hingga sampai ke geduang penyimpanan. Data penelitian yang digunakan data pada tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja perusahaan adalah dengan menggunakan model SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference), dengan melakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode AHP dan perhitungan scoring system menggunakan OMAX. Objek penelitian meliputi perwakilan data dari bagian supplier, perusahaan dan customer atau pedagang besar. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan pendekatan model SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) didapatkan total pengukuran KPI (Key Performance Indicator) berjumlah 23 KPI. Dengan melakukan pembobotan pengukuran menggunakan AHP dan perhitungan scoring system menggunakan OMAX, didapatkan 11 KPI yang termasuk kedalam katergori hijau, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa target telah mencapai target perusahaan. Sedangkan KPI yang masuk dalam kategori kuning berjumlah 12 KPI, yang artinya kategori tersebut hampir mencapai target dan perlu ditingkatkan. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan pendekatan model SCOR (Supply Chainxiv Operation Reference) didapatkan nilai index total pencapaian performansi supply chain perusahaan secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 7,7631. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan berada pada indikator warna kuning, yang berarti bahwa hampir mencapai target dan perlu ditingkatkan agar mencapai best practice.
English Abstract
Sugar cane is one of the glucose producing plants that is used and processed in sugar factories as one of the raw materials in the processing of sugar products. The Ministry of Agriculture's strategic plan for 2015-2019 explains that the ministry of agriculture continues to try to increase factory productivity and sugar for farmers. Increased productivity in companies is related to increasing sugarcane yields, improving the quality of human resources and improving the supply chain management of sugar factories. The development of the sugar industry is expected to be able to support the increase in company productivity to run better, efficiently and effectively. One of the sugar cane processing companies is the Kebon Agung Malang Sugar Factory which is a sugar factory with a high production capacity of around 12,800 tons cane per day (TCD). With high production capacity, the companies need to monitor supply chain management to regulate the flow of goods from sugar cane farmers until to storage facilities. The research data used data in year 2017. The method used in measuring company performance is to use the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model by weighting using the AHP method and calculating the scoring system using OMAX. The object of the research includes representative data from parts of suppliers, companies and customers or wholesalers. In this study, the measurement of supply chain performance using approach the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model obtained total KPI (Key Performance Indicator) measurements totaling 23 KPI. By weighting measurements using AHP and calculating the scoring system using OMAX, obtained 11 KPI which is included in the green category, so it can be concluded that the target has reached the target company. While the KPIs included in the yellow category amounted to 12 KPI, which means that the category almost reached the target and needed to be improved. Measurement of supply chain performance using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model, obtained the total index value of the achievement performance of the company's supply chain is 7.7631. This value indicates that the company's supply chain performance is in the yellow indicator, whichxvi means that it almost reaches the target and needs to be improved in order to achieve best practice.
