Abstract

Caring menjadi esensi dan fokus dari praktik keperawatan. Perilaku caring sangat berdampak pada mutu pelayanan. Perilaku caring tidak serta merta muncul begitu saja, melainkan bisa dijaga dan ditingkatkan salah satunya dengan mengelola Kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan Kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tk. II dr Soepraoen Malang. Metode analitik observasional dengan cross sectionally study, dengan tehnik consecutive sampling, responden sebanyak 121 responden perawat. Uji statistik Spearman’s –Rho. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan tingat kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat, ditunjukkan dengan nilai p-value 0.003 < 0.05 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.266 yang berarti diantara keduanya memiliki arah hubungan yang positif dalam taraf korelasi rendah. Karyawan yang menyatakan puas dalam bekerja sebanyak 61 responden (50.4 %) dan ditunjukkan dengan perawat yang berperilaku caring sebanyak 73 responden (60.3 %). Kesimpulan ada hubungan tingkat Kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat, sehingga hal yang perlu dilakukan manajemen untuk meningkatkan perilaku caring adalah dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan

English Abstract

Caring is the essence and the focus of practice. Caring behavior greatly impact on service quality. Caring behaviors does not necessarily appear out of nowhere, but it can be maintained and upgraded one of them by managing job satisfaction. This study aimed to relations with the job satisfaction of nurses caring behavior inpatient Installation Hospital Military dr Soepraoen Malang. Analitic method with cross sectionally correlative study with consecutive sampling technique, 121 respondens nurse. The distribution data is not normal, so that researhers using Spearman’s test –Rho. Results: The study demonstrated an association with the rank of job satisfaction of nurses caring behavior, ie by 0.003 p-value of <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.266, which means both have a positive relationship in the direction of the correlation level is low. Employees who expressed his satisfaction in working as many as 61 respondents (50.4%) and were shown to behave nurses caring as much as 73 respondents (60.3%). Conclusion there is a relationship with the level of job satisfaction of nurses caring behavior, so the thing that needs to be done by management to improve caring behavior is to conduct sustainable monitoring and evaluation.
