Abstract
Situasi pembelajaran keterampilan klinik dan OSCE dengan metode simulasi berbeda dengan situasi pada tahap profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pembelajaran keterampilan klinis pemasangan infus menggunakan perubahan persepsi kesiapan melakukan tindakan medik sebelum dan sesudah menjalani kepaniteraan umum dibandingkan ketika menjalani tahap profesi, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan one group pretest posttest design yang melibatkan 120 responden clari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya angkatan tahun 2014 yang sedang menjalani kepaniteraan umum. Terdapat perbeclaan kesiapan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara mahasiswa dalam melakukan tindakan medik pemasangan infus sebelum dengan sesudah panum dan kesiapan di tahap profesi. Sedangkan, hubungan nilai OSCE Panum dengan performa tindakan medik di tahap profesi memiliki nilai p-value 0,453. Proses pembelajaran keterampilan klinik pemasangan infus berpengaruh positif dalam melakukan tindakan medik di tahap profesi, namun tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara nilai OSCE Panum dengan kesiapan mahasiswa melakukan tindakan medik pemasangan infus di tahap profesi.
English Abstract
The situation of learning clinical skills and OSCE with simulation methods is different from the situation at the professional stage. This study aims to assess the learning of clinical skills of infusion using changes in perception of readiness to take medical action before and after undergoing general registrar compared to when undergoing the professional stage. This study uses an observational analytic method with one group pretest posttest design involving 120 respondents from the 2014 Medical Faculty Medical School Medical Study Program students who are undergoing public registrar. There was a significant difference in readiness (p <0.05) between students taking medical procedures before and after the phylum preparation and preparation at the professional stage. Meanwhile, the relationship between the OSCE Panum value and the performance of medical actions at the professional stage has a p-value of 0.453. The learning process of clinical infusion skills has a positive effect in carrying out medical actions at the professional stage, but there is no meaningful relationship between the OSCE Panum scores and the readiness of students to carry out infusion medical procedures at the professional stage.
