Abstract
Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan instalasi dengan aktifitas cukup tinggi yang menangani pasien gawat darurat atau mengancam nyawa, pelayanan harus cepat, tepat dan cermat dengan memprioritaskan kegawatdaruratan. Peran perawat professional sangat diperlukan dalam menghasilkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit terutama pelayanan di bidang keperawatan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja mental terhadap kinerja perawat IGD. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana IGD RS Panti Waluya Kota Malang, sebanyak 20 perawat. Rancangan observasional korelatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Beban kerja dinilai dengan kuesioner, begitupula Kinerja dinilai dari kuesioner yaitu menilai kemampuan diri dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Hasil beban kerja mental perawat IGD RS Panti Waluya Kota Malang sebesar 50% masuk dalam kategori sedang 30% dalam kategori tinggi. Kinerja perawat 60% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil uji korelasi menggunakan Spearman’s diperoleh nilai probabilitas p-value=0,747; α>0,05. Menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja mental dengan kinerja perawat IGD RS Panti Waluya Kota Malang. Perawat IGD melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan kompetensinya, peran aktif kepala ruangan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dengan memotivasi perawat pelaksana dalam bekerja. Motivasi pemimpin ternyata berdampak positif terhadap psikologis karyawan. Hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja mental dengan kinerja perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya Kota Malang. Saran untuk rumah sakit terutama manajemen selalu melakukan perbaikan terutama menurunkan angka beban kerja mental perawat selalu mencari akar masalah agar dapat dicarikan solusinya
English Abstract
Emergency Department (ED) is an installation with a fairly high activity, that handles, emergency patients or life-threatening, services must be fast, precise and careful by prioritizing emergencies. The role of professional nurses is very necessary in producing quality services in hospitals, especially services in the field of nursing, this study aims to determine the mental workload on the performance of emergency nurses. The population is all nurses who carry out ED Panti Waluya Hospital Malang, as many as 20 nurses. Study Corelative observational design with Cross Sectional approach were used. Workload is assessed by a questionnaire, and performance is assessed from a questionnaire that is assessing one's ability in the implementation of nursing care. The results of mental workload of emergency nurses at Panti Waluya Hospital Malang by 50% in the medium category 30% in the high category. Nurse performance 60% in the good category.The results of the correlation test using Spearman's obtained p-value probability value = 0.747; α> 0.05. It shows that there is no significant relationship between mental workload and the performance of emergency nurses at Panti Waluya Hospital Malang. ED nurses carry out tasks according to their competence, the active role of the head of the room greatly influences the performance of nurses by motivating implementing nurses to work. Leader motivation turns out to have a positive impact on employee psychology. The results of the study showed that there was no significant relationship between mental workload and the performance of nurses in the Emergency Department of Malang Panti Waluya Hospital. Suggestions for hospitals, especially management, always make improvements, especially reducing the number of mental workloads, nurses are always looking for the root of the problem in order to find a solution
