Abstract
Salah satu prosedur pengobatan pasien Ca mammae yaitu kemoterapi. Pasien Ca mammae mengalami berbagai masalah fisik maupun psikis saat menjalani prosedur kemoterapi. Mual dan muntah yang diinduksi kemoterapi adalah gejala umum yang dialami oleh lebih dari 50% pasien yang menjalani pengobatan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerimaan terhadap penyakit dengan Self Management Mual dan Muntah Pada Pasien Ca Mammae Yang Menjalani Kemoterapi Di RSSA Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Poliklinik Onkologi RSSA Malang dengan menggunakan rancangan observasional korelatif “Cross Sectional” pada 86 responden sebagai sampel yang diambil melalui teknik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data penerimaan terhadap penyakit menggunakan kuesioner AIS dan self management mual dan muntah menggunakan kuesioner NVSM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas penerimaan terhadap penyakit maupun self management mual dan muntah pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji spearman menunjukkan nilai sig p= 0.001 yang artinya terdapat korelasi signifikan antara kedua variabel. Nilai r hitung 0,360 yang berarti kekuatan hubungan yang lemah dan menunjukkan arah korelasi positif antara kedua variabel. Semakin tinggi penerimaan terhadap penyakit, semakin tinggi pula self management mual dan muntah pasien Ca mammae yang menjalani kemoterapi di Poliklinik Onkologi RSSA Malang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan penerimaan terhadap penyakit dengan self management mual muntah pasien Ca mammae yang menjalani kemoterapi di Poliklinik Onkologi RSSA Malang.
English Abstract
One of the treatment procedures for Ca mammae patients is chemotherapy Ca mammae patients experience various physical and psychological problems while undergoing chemotherapy procedures. Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting are common symptoms experienced by more than 50% of patients undergoing cancer treatment. This study is to determine the relationship acceptance of illness with Self Management of Nausea and Vomiting in Ca Mammae Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy at RSSA Malang. This research was conducted at the Oncology Polyclinic of RSSA Malang by using the correlational observational design "Cross Sectional" on 86 respondents as samples taken through consecutive sampling techniques. Collection of acceptance data on diseases using the AIS questionnaire and self management of nausea and vomiting using the NVSM questionnaire. The results showed the majority of acceptance of illness and self management of nausea and vomiting in the moderate category. Spearman test results show the value of sig p = 0.001 which means there is a significant correlation between the two variables. The r value 0.360 means the strength of the relationship is weak and shows the direction of the positive correlation between the two variables. The higher the acceptance of the disease, the higher the self management of nausea and vomiting of Ca mammae patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Oncology Polyclinic of RSSA Malang. The conclusion of this study, there is a significant positive relationship of acceptance of the disease with self management of nausea and vomiting in Ca mammae patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Oncology Polyclinic of RSSA Malang.
