Abstract
Perilakucaringmerupakan inti pelayanan keperawatan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Loyalitas pasien terhadap pelayanan Rumah Sakit terjadi jika pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh perawat dipersepsikan baik oleh pasien.Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuihubunganantaraperilakucaring perawat dengan loyalitas pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Panti Nirmala Kota Malang.Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik korelasional denganpendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien yang dirawat inap minimal 3 hari perawatan yaitu sebanyak 51 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner perilaku caring dan loyalitas. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caringperawat dengan loyalitas pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Panti Nirmala (p value = 0,010; α = 0,05, r = 0,357). Semakin baik perilaku caring perawat maka semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pasien sehingga diperlukan suatu kebijakan dari manajemen Rumah Sakit untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat dalam perilaku caring melalui pendidikan keperawatan berkelanjutan sertadilakukan monitoring evaluasi secara berkesinambungan.
English Abstract
Caring behavior is the core of nursing services that affects the quality of hospital services. Patient loyalty to hospital services occurs if the services performed by nurses are perceived well by patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses caring behavior with inpatient loyalty at the Nirmala Panti Hospital in Malang. The research design uses correlational analytic with Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 51 patients who were hospitalized for at least 3 days. The instrument used was a caring and loyalty behavior questionnaire. The results showed that there was a correlation between nurses caring behavior with hospitallization at the Panti Nirmala Hospital (p value = 0.010; α = 0.05, r = 0.357). The better the nurse's caring behavior, the higher the patient's loyalty, so we need a policy from the hospital management to improve nurses' competence in caring behavior through continuing nursing education and continuous evaluation monitoring.
