Abstract
Prolanis merupakan progam pemerintah dalam memelihara kesehatan bagi penderita penyakit kronis.yang terdaftar sebagai peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Pencapaian kualitas hidup yang optimal dengan biaya pelayanan efektif dan efisien merupakan tujuan dari Prolanis itu sendiri. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengikuti Prolanis dengan kualitas hidup pada penderita diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas kota malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling, dengan jumlah 75 sampel. Alat ukur untuk mengukur tingkat kepatuhan peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan Prolanis yaitu lembar observasi kehadiaran, sedangkan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup dengan kuesioner DQOL, untuk menganalisis hubungan variabel digunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat kepatuhan tinggi 58,7 %, (n= 44) dan kualitas hidup sebagian besar peserta kurang baik yaitu 53,3%, (n=40). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05, dengan korelasi 0,402 dengan arah korelasi positif. Dapat disimpukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengikuti Prolanis maka kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas wilayah kota Malang semakin baik. Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan agar lebih intens dalam memberikan edukasi dan memotivasi peserta dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam mengikuti kegiatan Prolanis agar kualitas hidup dapat meningkat.
English Abstract
Prolanis is a government program in maintaining health for sufferers of chronic diseases. Who are registered as participants in the National Health Insurance (JKN). Achieving an optimal quality of life with cost-effective and efficient services is the goal of Prolanis. This study aims to determine the relationship of adherence level in following Prolanis with quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus in Malang City Health Center. This study uses an observational analysis design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique uses consecutive sampling, with a total of 75 samples. The measurement tool to measure the level of compliance of participants in participating in Prolanis activities is the observation sheet of presence, while to measure the quality of life with the DQOL questionnaire, to analyze the relationship of variables using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed a high level of adherence of 58.7%, (n = 44). And the quality of life of most participants was not good, 53.3%, (n = 40). Statistical test results obtained p-value 0,000 < 0,05, with a correlation of 0,402 with a positive correlation direction. It can be concluded that the higher the level of adherence in following Prolanis, the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus in Puskesmas in Malang city is getting better. Suggestions for health workers to be more intense in providing education and motivating participants in maintaining and increasing compliance in participating in Prolanis activities so that quality of life can improve.
