Abstract
Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin meningkat pada masa ini mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk mampu merespon perubahan dengan tangkas, efektif, tepat waktu dan berkelanjutan. Penggunaan sistem IT yang canggih serta mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya yang dimiliki, tentunya menjadi suatu strategi bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan rancangan model bisnis serta rancangan umum Decision Support System (DSS) yang mendukung business agility pada PT Tri Mitra Resources. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus prospektif, adapun yang menjadi informan kunci yaitu Komisaris, Direktur dan Vice President perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perusahaan belum memiliki metode standar dalam menerapkan strategi business agility, masih mengandalkan kompetensi masing-masing manajemen. Untuk mengidentifikasi rancangan model bisnis, digunakan analisis Business Model Canvas serta analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat). Adapun pada tahapan perancangan Decision Support System (DSS) secara umum, beberapa komponen sistem informasi yang dirancang meliputi model, output, input, database, teknologi dan kontrol. Hal ini mampu membuat proses analisis lebih cepat dan akurat. Hingga menghasilkan prioritas pilihan skema solusi dari perusahaan ke customer.
English Abstract
Increasing business development during this period encourages every company to respond agile, effective, timely and sustainable change. Use of IT systems and optimize all resources owned, of course, becomes a strategy for the company. This study aims to identify and explain the design of business models and general design Decision Support System (DSS) that supports business agility in Mining Services Company. The type of this research is qualitative research with prospective case study method, while the key informant is Commissioner, Director and Vice President of the company. The results showed that the company does not have a standard method in applying business agility strategy, still rely on the competence of each management. The business model is identified by using Business Model Canvas analysis and SWOT analysis (Strength, weakness, opportunity and threat). As for the design stage of Decision Support System (DSS) in general, some components of information system designed include model, output, input, database, technology and control. It is able to make the analysis process faster and more accurate. Until it generates the preferred priority of solution schemes from company to customer.
