Abstract

Kalidass dan Ramanath (2011) telah membahas ekspresi matematika untuk probabilitas terhadap waktu dari antrean M/M/1 dengan server vacation saat pelanggan menunggu server. Pada skripsi ini, teknik yang sama digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi eksplisit dari antrean vacation M / M / 1 dengan pelanggan yang menunggu server dan pelanggan yang tidak sabar, di mana server diperbolehkan untuk vacation ketika sistem kosong setelah menunggu dalam periode waktu yang acak. Jika server tidak kembali dari vacation sebelum berakhirnya waktu ketidaksabaran pelanggan, pelanggan akan keluar dari sistem dan tidak akan kembali lagi ke dalam sistem antrean. Pada skripsi ini hanya akan membahas cara mendapatkan ekspresi dari probabilitas transient

English Abstract

Kalidass and Ramanath (2011) discussed mathematical expressions for the probability of time from the M/M/1 queue with the vacation server while customers waiting server. In this thesis, the same technique is used to get an explicit solution of the vacation M/M/1 queue with waiting servers and impatient customers, where the server is allowed to vacation when the system is empty after waiting in a random time period. If the server does not return from vacation before the end of the customer's impatience time, the customer will exit the system and will not return to the queue system. in this thesis will only discuss how to get the expression of transient probability
