Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian inversi seismik terkorelasi facies karbonat untuk menentukan distribusi karbonat berpori. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lapangan Cippo, Cekungan Sumatera Selatan dengan target Formasi Baturaja. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data seismik dan data sumur dengan metode inversi seismik ”model based”. Dilakukan analisis crossplot antara nilai impedansi akustik (IA) dan porositas neutron, sehingga Formasi Baturaja dapat dibedakan menjadi tiga zona yaitu zona reservoir, zona bukan reservoir, dan zona reservoir yang mengandung hirokarbon. Selanjutnya dibuat model awal inversi yang kemudian dicari parameter yang paling sesuai sehingga didapatkan inversi seismik dalam nilai impedansi akustik. Volume impedansi akustik kemudian dikonversi kedalam volume porositas neutron. Hasil persebaran porositas neutron kemudian dikorelasikan dengan facies batuan karbonat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai IA pada reservoir adalah 8000-14000 m.g/s.cc, porositas neutron pada reservoir 0-0,25. Nilai IA reservoir yang mengandung hidrokarbon adalah 9000-13500 m.g/s.cc, porositas neutron reservoir yang mengandung hidrokarbon adalah 0,025-0,2. Secara lateral, area karbonat berpori yang mengandung hidrokarbon tersebar sepanjang arah utara-barat daya. Setelah dikorelasikan antara facies dan porositas neutron, didapatkan hasil bahwa facies mudstone to wackestone memiliki nilai porositas neutron lebih tinggi dibanding facies vuggy coral mudstone to wackestone. Hal ini dikarenakan keberadaan vuggy dan coral menurunkan nilai porositas neutron karena meningkatkan indeks hidrogen dalam reservoir.

English Abstract

Research has been conducted on seismic inversion correlated with carbonate facies to determine porous distribution. This research was conducted at Cippo Field, South Sumatra Basin with the target of the Baturaja Formation. The analysis in this study uses seismic data and well data with a "model based" seismic inversion method. Crossplot analysis between acoustic impedance (AI) and neutron porosity is carried out, so that the Baturaja Formation can be divided into three zones, there are reservoir zone, non-reservoir zone, and reservoir zone containing hirocarbons. Then, the initial inversion model is made which then looks for the most suitable parameter so that seismic inversion is obtained in the acoustic impedance value. The acoustic impedance volume is then converted into neutron porosity volume. The results of neutron porosity distribution were then correlated with carbonate rock facies. The results showed that the AI value in the reservoir is 8000-14000 m.g / s.cc, the neutron porosity in the reservoir is 0-0.25. The AI value of the reservoir containing hydrocarbons is 9000-13500 m.g / s.cc, the neutron porosity value of the reservoir containing hydrocarbons is 0.025-0.2. Laterally, the area of porous carbonate containing hydrocarbons is spread along the north-southwest direction. After being correlated between facies and neutron porosity, it was found that mudstone to wackestone facies had a higher neutron porosity value than vuggy coral mudstone to wackestone facies. This is because the existence of vuggy and coral decreases the value of neutron porosity because it increases the hydrogen index in the reservoir.
