Abstract
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pabrik Gula adalah salah satu aplikasi monitoring yang digunakan oleh PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI yang digunakan untuk memantau dan mengawasi pertumbuhan tanaman tebu yang berada di sawah. Permasalahan yang timbul dari penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi SIMPG ini adalah beberapa pengguna dari aplikasi SIMPG yang kurang berkomitmen dan tidak konsisten dalam menggunakannya secara menyeluruh. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yang di ambil dari model UTAUT yaitu Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna dan niat pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIMPG (Behavioral Intention). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Pada penelitian ini responden yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya yang menggunakan aplikasi SIMPG yang tersebar di tiap-tiap pabrik gula yang di kelola oleh PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini sebesar 71 orang. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu variabel Effort Expectancy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Behavioral Intention sedangkan pada variabel Perfomance Expectancy dan variabel Social Influence
English Abstract
SIMPG Application is one of the monitoring application used by PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI to monitoring the growth of sugar cane in the field. The problem that arise from the use of the SIMPG application some users are less committed and inconsistent when using the SIMPG Application. This research using three variables from UTAUT model namely Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence that affect user acceptance and user intention to using SIMPG Application (Behavioral Intention). This research aims to determinate the influence between three independent variables against the dependent variable. The analythical method used is multiple linear regression analysis .In this research, the respondent were being used is the employees of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI who used the SIMPG Applications located in each sugar factory in East Java. The Data collection in this research using a questionnaire and the number of samples obtained is 71 people. The result of this research shows Effort Expectancy have significant influence to Behavioral Intention. Perfomance Expectancy and Social Influence didn’t have influence to Behavioral Intention.
