Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh orang asing dari negara lain. Karena Indonesia kaya akan aneka ragam hayati dan budaya sehingga pesonanya mampu menarik para orang asing bahkan pelajar asing yang tertarik untuk belajar di negara Indonesia dengan tujuan mempelajari kebudayaan dan keindahan alam yang ada di Indonesia. Tidak hanya itu, pelajar asing yang datang ke Indonesia harus memenuhi syarat-syarat yang ditentukan oleh negara Indonesia agar mereka dapat belajar dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah izin untuk masuk ke negara Indonesia barulah nantinya akan mendapat izin-izin yang lain dengan melengkapi dokumen yaitu visa, paspor dll. Setelah itu pelajar asing tidak dibiarkan begitu saja mereka akan terus diawasi oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I setempat. Karena status sebagai pelajar asing harus diawasi karena bukan hal yang tidak mungkin mereka akan merugikan negara Indonesia dalam berbagai hal. Maka dari itu sangat dibutuhkan pengawasan yang ketat agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang apat merugikan negara Indonesia.
English Abstract
Indonesia is the country most visited by foreigners from other countries. Because Indonesia is rich in biological diversity and culture so charm to attract the foreigners and even foreign students interested in studying in the country of Indonesia with the aim of studying the culture and natural beauty that exist in Indonesia. Not only that, foreign students who come to Indonesia must meet requirements set by the Indonesian state so that they can learn well. One is permission to enter the country of Indonesia then will get the permits others to complete the documents that visa, passport etc. After that foreign students are not left alone they will continue to be supervised by the local Class I Immigration Office. Because of its status as a foreign student must be watched because it is not impossible they will hurt the country of Indonesia in various ways. Therefore, it is required close supervision to avoid things that are detrimental to the state apat Indonesia.
