Abstract

CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm melakukankerjasamadenganKelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm”atasadanyadasar rasa kepercayaankekeluargaanantarakeduapihak. Denganadanyakomunikasi yang terusmenerusterjadimakamenimbulkan rasa percayaanggotakelompokmaupunperusahaanuntukmenjalinsuatukerjasama. Kerjasamatersebutmenciptakanjaringansosialantarasatupihakdenganpihaklainnya. Dimensi rasa percayaanggotakepadaperusahaan, terciptanyajaringansosial yang terbangunsertanormasosial yang terbentukdalamkerjasamatersebutdidasari oleh adanya modal sosial. Modal sosialmemilikiperan yang sangatpentinguntukmenunjanghubungan yang terjalinantaraindividu, kelompokataupunmasyarakat. Kelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm” merupakankelompok yang paling lama dalammelaksanakankerjasamadengan CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm makakelompokwanitatani “Mutiara Farm” memiliki rasa loyal terhadapperusahaanselamabekerjasama. Tujuanpenelitianiniantara lain mendeskripsikanbentukpolakemitraan yang dilaksanakan oleh CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm dan Kelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm”, mendeskripsikanmanfaat yang diperolehKelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm” selamamelakukankemitraandengan CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm sertamenganalisishubungan yang ada pada peran modal sosialdenganloyalitasmitrakerjaKelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm” dan CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalaheksplanatifkuantitatif. Teknik penentuananggotakelompokwanitataniyaitudenganmetodepurposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakanobservasi, wawancaraterstruktur, dan dokumen. Metodeanalisis data menggunakananalisisdeskriptif, analisiskorelasiRank Spearman dan analisisusahatani. Bentukpolakemitraan yang dilaksanakan oleh CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm dan Kelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm” yaitu Pola KemitraanDagangUmum. CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm tidakmemberikaninsentifbiaya pada proses budidayahinggapanen dan pengiriman, namunhanyamembelihasilpanenkomoditassayuran yang dikirimkan oleh kelompokwanitatani “Mutiara farm”.Namun,viii tidakadaperjanjiankontraktertulisantarakeduapihak. Karena menurutpemilikperusahaankerjsama yang terjalinsudahdidasarkanatas rasa percayakekeluargaanantarakeduapihak. Manfaat yang diperolehanggotaselamamengikutikemitraandengan CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm yaitu (1) adanyapenambahanpengetahuansistempertanianorganik; (2) adanyajaminan pasar kepadaanggotadalammemasarkanhasilpanensayurorganik yang ditanam oleh anggota yang dikirimkanke CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm; (3) adanyapenambahanpendapatanusahatani yang diterima oleh anggotaKelompok Wanita Tani “Mutiara Farm” selamabermitra. Hubunganperan modal sosialdenganloyalitasmitrakerjamemilikihubungan yang positif dan kuatberdasarkananalisiskorelasirank spearman. Dengannilaikorelasiyaitusebesar 0,717 dengansignifikansi 0,020<0,05. Sehinggasemakintinggiperan modal sosialterhadapkemitraanmakaakansemakintinggi pula rasa loyal anggotakelompokkepadaperusahaan. CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm pentingnyauntukterusmenerusmeningkatkan rasa percayaterhadapkelompoksertamenaatinorma-norma yang telahdisepakatibersamasertamengadakanpelatihanterkaitbudidayaorganiksecaraberkal akepadakelompoktani yang bermitra. English Abstract

CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm cooperate with Women Farmers Group “Mutiara Farm” on the basis of familial sense of trust between the two parties. With the continuous communication happens then generate a sense of trust members of groups and companies to establish a partnership. Such cooperation creates a sosial network between one party with the other party. Dimensions trust member to the company, the creation of a sosial network that is built and sosial norms that are formed in such cooperation based on the existence of sosial capital. Sosial capital has a very important role to support the relationship between individuals, groups or communities. Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" is the oldest group in carrying out cooperation with the company. This study aimed to describe the form of a partnership implemented by CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm and Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm", describe the benefits that Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" get from partnering with CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm and analyze the relationships that exist on the role of sosial capital with working partner loyalty Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" and CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm. The method used is ekspanative quantitative. Techniques to determine the members of Women Farmers Group are using purposive. Data collection technique used observation, structured interviews, and documents. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, Spearman Rank correlation analysis and analysis of farming income. Form of a partnership implemented by CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm and Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" that the General Trade Partnership. CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm does not provide an incentive fee on the cultivation to harvest and shipping, but only buy the harvest of vegetables submitted by a group of women farmers "Mutiara farm". However, there is no written contract agreement between the two parties. Because according to company owner partnership that exists already based on family trust between the two parties.x The benefits member during the partnership with CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm is: (1) the addition of knowledge of organic farming systems; (2) a guaranteed market to members in marketing their organic vegetable crops planted by members sent to CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm; (3) the addition of farm income received by members of the Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" for partnering. The role of sosial capital relationships with loyalty partners have a strong and positive relationship based on Spearman rank correlation analysis. The correlation value is equal to 0.717 with significance 0.020 <0.05. So, the higher the role of sosial capital to the partnership then the higher the sense of group members loyal to the company. CV. KurniaKitriAyu Farm is important to continuously increase the trust towards the group and adhere to the norms that have been mutually agreed upon and to conduct training on organic cultivation periodically to partner farmer groups. Women Farmers Group "Mutiara Farm" need to broaden the relationship so that they can develop skills in organic vegetable farming and develop market network's ability to market organic vegetable crops produced.
