Siantori, Alfadeo Vulgar (2019) Aplikasi Metode Induced Polarization Untuk Identifikasi Zona Mineralisasi Endapan Emas. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Research has been conducted on the identification of gold deposit mineralization zones using the induced polarization method at PT. Antam Tbk. This study uses secondary data from data acquisition conducted by PT Antam, Tbk. This study aims to identify zones of gold mineralization (Au) based on rock resistivity and chargeability values. The data used consists of 7 tracks with a distance between tracks 100 m and the length of each track ranges from 1000 m. The measurement method used is a time domain with dipole-dipole configuration and spacing between electrodes (a) of 50 m. The data processing uses inversion method. Then an interpretation can be made that is correlated with geological data at the location of the study. The resistivity values obtained vary greatly, between 0–327 Ohm.m. As for this study, the range of resistivity values is divided into 3, namely low, medium, and high resistivity. Low resistivity values are between 0-21 Ohm.m, medium resistivity values are between 21-132 Ohm.m, and high resistivity values are between 132-327 Ohm.m. The chargeability value obtained varies between 0-521 mV / V. The chargeability value is divided into the low, medium, and high chargeability value ranges. Low chargeability value is between 0–19 mV / V, moderate chargeability value is between 19-174 mV / V, and high chargeability value is between 174-521 mV / V. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that there is a silification zone with visible continuity on the CBCU-1 to CBCU- 5 paths. Meanwhile, based on a vertical 3D model, the silification zone appears at an elevation of 600 meters and grows bigger down to an elevation of 575 meters.
