Abstract
Sebuah percobaan lapang untuk menguji Efektivitas Pupuk Organik Cair Wokozim pada Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Cabai Besar (Capsicum annuum L.) telah dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei 2019 hingga September 2019 di kebun percobaan FP-UB di Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Ketinggian tempat ialah 677 m dpl dengan suhu rata-rata 26°C dan curah hujan berkisar antara 1000 - 1500 mm/tahun. Cabai besar (Capsicum annuum L.) ialah tanaman hortikultura penting yang dimanfaatkan buahnya. Cabai besar ini mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi dan cocok untuk dikembangkan di daerah tropika seperti di Indonesia. Penurunan produktivitas cabai di Indonesia sebesar 2,03% pada tahun 2016 padahal luas panen cabai meningkat sebesar 2,12%. Percobaan ini dirancang dalam sebuah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 13 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan ialah P0: Kontrol (tanpa penggunaan pupuk), P1: NPK 100%, P2: POC 100%, P3: NPK 25% + POC 100%, P4: NPK 50% + POC 100%, P5: NPK 75% + POC 100%, P6: NPK 100% + POC 100%, P7: NPK 100% + POC 25%, P8: NPK 100% + POC 50%, P9: NPK 100% + POC 75%, P10: NPK 75% + POC 25%, P11: NPK 75% + POC 50%, P12: NPK 75% + POC 75%. Percobaan ini menggunakan pupuk organik cair Wokozim. Kandungan zat dalam Wokozim ini ialah: C Organik 8,16%, N total 4,38%, P2O5 5,76%, K2O 3,12%, pH 5,9, Fe 337 ppm, Zn 1710 ppm, Mn 1421 ppm, Cu 1469 ppm, Co 18 ppm, B 297 ppm dan Mo 7 ppm. C Organik 8,16%, N total 4,38%, P2O5 5,76%, K2O 3,12%, pH 5,9, Fe 337 ppm, Zn 1710 ppm, Mn 1421 ppm, Cu 1469 ppm, Co 18 ppm, B 297 ppm dan Mo 7 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk organik cair (POC) dengan pupuk anorganik berpengaruh nyata pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Cabai Besar. Perlakuan P6 (NPK 100% + POC 100%) memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibanding perlakuan lain pada seluruh parameter pengamatan. Kombinasi pupuk anorganik dan pupuk organik cair (POC) dengan dosis sesuai rekomendasi mampu memberikan hasil panen sebesar 16,71 ton ha-1. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil analisis usaha tani yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C Rasio pada perlakuan P6 ialah 2,51 dan nilai RAE ialah 138,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair efektif bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Cabai Besar.
English Abstract
A field experiment to test the The Effectivity of Liquid Organic Fertilizer on growth and yield of The Red Big Chlii (Capsicum annuum L.). Has been conducted since Mei 2019 upto September 2019 at FP-UB research station at Jatimulyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang. The site elevation is 677 m asl, the average temperature was arround 26°C and the average rainfall was around 1000 - 1500 mm/year. The Red Big Chili (Capsicum annuum L.) is a horticultural crop that is used by its fruits. The Red Big Chili has an economical high value and suitable to enhance in a tropical country like Indonesia. In 2016, The Red Big Chili yield decrease upto 2.03% in Indonesia, though the harvesting yield area increase around was of 2.1% in Indonesia. The experiment was designed in a Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 13 treatments and three replicates. The treatments were of : P0: Control (No fertilizer applied), P1: NPK 100%, P2: POC 100%, P3: NPK 25% + LOF 100%, P4: NPK 50% + LOF 100%, P5: NPK 75% + LOF 100%, P6: NPK 100% + LOF 100%, P7: NPK 100% + LOF 25%, P8: NPK 100% + LOF 50%, P9: NPK 100% + LOF 75%, P10: NPK 75% + LOF 25%, P11: NPK 75% + LOF 50%, P12: NPK 75% + LOF 75%. The Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) used was of Wokozim and consists of C Organik 8,16%, N total 4,38%, P2O5 5,76%, K2O 3,12%, pH 5,9, Fe 337 ppm, Zn 1710 ppm, Mn 1421 ppm, Cu 1469 ppm, Co 18 ppm, B 297 ppm and Mo 7 ppm. The results show that the combination of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) and the an-organic fertilizer significantly affected the growth and yield of Red Big Chili. The treatment of P6 (NPK 100% + LOF 100%) gave a higher yield than the other treatments. The anorganic and the liquid organic fertilizers in a proper recommended dose may give the yield 16,71 ton ha-1. These may be figurised by the data analysis effort in an R/C Ratio value at the P6 treatment was of 2,51 and the RAE value was of 138,1%. Hence, using the Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) effectively increase the Red Big Chili growth and yield
