Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan penyimpangan sosial dalam mengkonsumsi minuman keras di Desa Kedungmungal Kecamatan Pungging. Berawal dari sikap pemuda Desa Kedungmungal cenderung acuh dalam mengkonsumsi minuman di khalayak umum, hal ini menjadi masalah yang krusial karena mengakibatkan korban jiwa. Sehingga, penyimpangan ini dianggap bersinggungan dengan nilai, norma dan berpengaruh terhadap kontrol sosial yang ada di masyarakat Kedungmungal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif yang dilakukan di Desa Kedungmungal dengan fokus permasalahan proses terjadinya perilaku menyimpang dalam bentuk mengonsumsi minuman keras di Desa Kedungmungal. Dengan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti dapat menguraikan dan memahami penafsiran latar alamiah subjek terhadap objek yang di konsumsi menjadi kajian dari penelitian yang sosiologis. Hasil dari proses terjadinya perilaku menyimpang menunjukkan berawal dari kontrol sosial yang lemah atau permisif mengakibatkan sikap leluasa terhadap remaja untuk bertindak sesuka perasaannya. Kontrol sosial dalam menindaklanjuti masalah sosial di Desa Kedungmungal hanya sebatas teguran dan sikap acuh dari masyarakat. Hal ini membuat remaja Desa Kedungmungal semakin bebas untuk melakukan kegiatan mengkonsumsi minuman keras. Sedangkan penyesuaian sosial yang dilakukan lebih mengarah pada retreatism (penarikan diri) yang mana ia mengkonsumsi minuman keras ditunjang oleh uang jajan yang berlebih mengakibatkan ia menyalahgunakan untuk kepentingan membeli minuman keras. untuk mengkonsumsi minuman keras ia beranggapan sebagai gaya hidup yang modern. Dari situlah menimbulakan nilai baru yang ditanamkan karena ia menyebarluaskan pada teman sebayanya untuk mengkonsumsi minuman keras agar solidaritas sosial terjalin semakin erat dan cenderung melawan nilai dan norma yang terkandung di masyarakat. Sehingga sistem sosial yang seharusnya seimbang menjadi disfungsi lantaran kontrol sosial dari pemerintah desa tidak adanya sanksi tegas dalam menindaklanjuti suatu masalah sosial dalam bentuk mengkonsumsi minuman keras di Desa Kedungmungal.
English Abstract
This study examines the problem of the process of deviant behavior towards adolescents in consuming alcohol in Kedungmungal Village. The problem of supporting deviant behavior is that there is the sale of liquor among the people of Kedungmungal Village. Although there are restrictions that regulate the sale and distribution of liquor, it is still found people who do not want to be regulated in the sale of liquor. The prohibition on the sale of liquor can be seen in the Mojokerto Regional Regulation Article 204 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code when the discovery of citizens who sell will be detained for 15 criminal years. This research is a qualitative-descriptive study conducted in the village of Kedungmungal with a focus on the problem of the process of deviant behavior in the form of consuming alcohol in the village of Kedungmungal. By using descriptive qualitative, researchers can describe and understand the interpretation of the subject's natural setting of the consumed object into a study of sociological research. The results of the process of deviant behavior show that it starts with weak or permissive social control resulting in a free attitude towards adolescents to act as they feel. Social control in following up on social problems in Kedungmungal Village is limited to reprimands and indifference from the community. This makes the Kedungmungal Village teenagers morefree to engage in alcohol-consuming activities. Whereas social adjustments made are more directed towards retreatism (withdrawal) where he consumes liquor supported by excessive allowance resulting in him abusing for the sake of buying liquor. to consume liquor he considers as a modern lifestyle. From there menimbulakan new values that are inculcated because it disseminates to his peers to consume liquor so that social solidarity is more closely intertwined and tends to go against the values and norms contained in society. So that the social system that should be balanced becomes a dysfunction due to social control from the village government in the absence of strict sanctions in following up on a social problem in the form of consuming alcohol in Kedungmungal Village.
