Abstract
Sepakbola dan suporter adalah bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan, dimana ada sepakbola disitu ada suporter, kesukaan mereka terhadap klub yang mereka dukung dapat dilihat melalui perilaku dan aktivitas yang dilakukan Salah satu kelompok suporter besar di Indonesia yaitu Panser Biru. Panser Biru sendiri merupakan kelompok suporter pendukung tim PSIS Semarang. Kelompok suporter ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2001, PSIS sendiri merupakan klub yang berasal dari kota Semarang yang mempunyai sejarah panjang di sepak bola Indonesia. Kelompok suporter Panser Biru sendiri terbagi dalam Pengurus Pusat dan Kordinator Wilayah. Panser Biru Serdadu Kota Demak merupakan salah satu korwil resmi Panser Biru, komunitas ini terbentuk untuk mengakomodir suporter Panser Biru yang berada di kota Demak. Sebagai komunitas suporter, komunikasi dalam kelompok merupakan hal yang penting dalam mempertahankan kohesivitas kelompok. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana komunikasi kelompok yang dilakukan komunitas Panser Biru Skada untuk mempertahankan kohesivitas kelompoknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara semi tersrtuktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kelompok dalam Panser Biru Skada berjalan dengan baik. Komunikasi cukup rutin terjadi, baik secara tatap muka ataupun melalui media sosial whatsapp. Berbagai bentuk kegiatan kelompok dalam berkomunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Panser Biru Skada membuat kohesivitas kelompok dalam kelompok juga terjaga. Kohesivitas kelompok tersebut dapat dilihat dari rasa saling memiliki yang tinggi, loyalitas anggota kelompok serta solidaritas antar anggota dalam kelompok.
English Abstract
Football and supporters is the part that can not be separated, there is football there are supporters, their fondness for the clubs they support can be seen through their behavior and activities. One of the supporter groups in Indonesia is Panser Biru. Panser Biru is a group of supporters supporting the PSIS Semarang. This support group has been established since 2001, PSIS itself is a club that originated from the city of Semarang. Panser Biru supporter group itself is divided into PP (Central Management) and Korwil (Regional Coordinator). Panser Biru Serdadu Kota Demak is one of the official group Panser Biru, this community was formed to accommodate Panser Biru supporters who are in the city of Demak. Furthermore, as a supporter community, communication in groups is important in maintaining group cohesiveness. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain how group communication is carried out by the Panser Biru Skada community to maintain group cohesiveness. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. This study used a semi-structured interview data collection technique, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the group communication in Panzer Blue Skada is going well. Communication is quite routine, both face-to-face or through with whatsapp. Various forms of group activity in communication carried out by the Panzer Blue Skada make cohesiveness of groups within the group also maintained. The cohesiveness of the group can be seen from the high sense of belonging, group member loyalty and solidarity between members in the group.
