Abstract
PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk merupakan salah satu produsen mie instan terbesar di Indonesia. Perusahaan tersebut bergerak di bidang pengolahan makanan dan minuman yang didirikan pada tahun 1971 dan memiliki cabang hampir di semua daerah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada departemen produksi. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk sebagai perusahaan multinasional memiliki target produksi setiap harinya yang ditentukan oleh departemen PPIC. Namun, terdapat beberapa bulan pada tahun 2017 output aktual yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan output target yang telah direncanakan sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran produktivitas untuk dapat mengetahui kriteria-kriteria yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) untuk mengukur produktivitas perusahaan. Kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan dalam metode didapatkan dari hasil diskusi dan pembobotan nilai menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari metode OMAX diperoleh nilai level yang diperoleh oleh masing-masing kriteria serta diperoleh nilai produktivitas pada setiap bulan pada tahun 2017. Hasil dari nilai produktivitas setiap bulan pada tahun 2017 akan menghasilkan nilai indeks produktivitas pada tahun 2017 sehingga dapat mengetahui pola pertumbuhan produktivitas perusahaan selama tahun 2017. Setelah itu menganalisa produktivitas total dan parsial. Hasil dari analisa tersebut akan diketahui kriteria mana yang memiliki kontribusi rendah dalam produktivitas perusahaan sehingga dapat dicari akar permasalahannya menggunakan fishbone diagram. Hasil dari fishbone diagram akan menghasilkan saran perbaikan bagi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kriteria energi listrik pada departemen produksi diketahui belum optimal dalam penggunaannya sehingga memiliki kontribusi kecil terhadap indeks produktivitas. Diketahui adanya penambahan energi yang disebabkan oleh proses steaming yang berulang dikarenakan adonan tidak mendapatkan panas yang cukup. Oleh karena itu untuk meminimasi terjadinya penambahan energi listrik karna proses produksi berulang maka diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu evaluasi kinerja boiler, check sheet mesin steamer, laporan pekerjaan individu departermen teknik, dan job description operator steamer
English Abstract
PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is one of the largest producers of instant noodles in Indonesia. The company was engaged in food and beverage processing which was founded in 1971 and has had branches in almost all regions in Indonesia. This research was conducted at the production department as a multinational company had daily production targets in 3 production shifts were determined by the PPIC department. However, there are several months in 2017 which the actual output produced was not in accordance with the planned output, so it was necessary to measure productivity to be able to determine which criterias that affect productivity in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. This research uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to measure company productivity. The criteria used in the Objective Matrix (OMAX) are obtained from the results of discussions and weighting values using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). From the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method obtained the value of the level occupied by each criterion and obtained productivity values on every month in 2017. The results of the productivity value on every month in 2017 will produce a productivity index value so that it can find out the pattern of growth in company productivity during 2017. Subsequently, analyze total and partial productivity. The results of the analysis will find out which criteria have a low contribution in company productivity so that the root of the problem can be searched using a fishbone diagram. The results of the fishbone diagram will produce improvement suggestions for the company. The results of this research has found that the electrical energy criteria in the production department has known to be not optimal in their use so they have a fewcontribution to the index productivity. Therefore, to minimize the addition of repetitive electrical energy, this research would given improvement recommendations. It has known that the energy generated by the process of steaming has repeated because the dough did not get enough heat. There were evaluation of boiler performance, steamer machine check sheets, individual engineering department job reports, and job steamer operator descriptions.
