Abstract
Gunung Bromo memiliki pesona yang memikat bagi wisatawan dari berbagai daerah. Tingginya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Gunung Bromo kemudian secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memberi dampak terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Sehingga, masyarakat sekitar berusaha melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan termasuk dengan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang baik. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Kawasan Gunung Bromo. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan pada 118 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 23 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sarana dan Prasarana memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kepuasan Wisatawan. Sarana dan Prasarana memiliki sumbangan pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan sebesar 54,50%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
Bromo Mountain has an alluring charm for tourists from various regions. The high number of tourists visiting Mount Bromo has a direct impact and an indirect impact on the economy of the surrounding community. Thus, the surrounding community tried to make various efforts to increase the number of tourists, including by providing good facilities. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of facilities on tourist satisfaction in the Mount Bromo. The type of this research chosen was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data in this research were collected through a questionnaire given to 118 respondents. The analysis used is a simple linear regression which is processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed that the Facilities variables had a positive and significant impact on Tourist Satisfaction. Facilities have a contribution influence on Tourist Satisfaction of 54.50%. While the remaining 45.50% is influenced by other factors which not explained in this research.
