Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan hal terpenting dalam jalannya suatu perusahaan, oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan memiliki caranya sendiri-sendiri untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawannya. Untuk menangani hal tersebut, PT. Traktor Nusantara kota Surabaya menyelenggarakan program komunikasi internal yang diberi nama “Family Gathering” sebagai salah satu cara untuk tetap memotivasi kerja dari karyawannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh efektivitas program komunikasi internal “Family Gathering” yang diselenggarakan oleh PT. Traktor Nusantara kota Surabaya dalam memotivasi kerja karyawannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana dan Uji T. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel independen (variabel x) yaitu efektivitas program komunikasi internal dan satu variabel dependen (variabel y) yaitu motivasi kerja karyawan. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini sejumlah 42 pada seluruh karyawan PT. Traktor Nusantara kota Surabaya (Total Sampling). Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah H1 diterima, yaitu efektivitas program komunikasi internal mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan dengan hasil uji Thitung > Ttabel sebesar 4,259 > 2,018.
English Abstract
Human resources are the most important thing in the course of a company, therefore every company has its own way to maximize the performance of its employees. To handle this, PT. Traktor Nusantara city of Surabaya organized an internal communication program that was named "Family Gathering" as a way to keep motivating the work of its employees. This study aims to find out how much influence the effectiveness of the internal communication program "Family Gathering" organized by PT. Traktor Nusantara city of Surabaya in motivating the work of its employees. The research method used in this research is quantitative explanatory with the method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study are simple linear regression and T-test. This study uses one independent variable (variable x), namely the effectiveness of internal communication programs and one dependent variable (variable y), namely employee work motivation. The samples taken in this study were 42 for all employees of PT. Traktor Nusantara city of Surabaya (Total Sampling). The results obtained in this study are H1 accepted, namely the effectiveness of internal communication programs affect employee work motivation with the results of the Tcount> Ttable test of 4.259> 2.018.
