Abstract
Sektor industri merupakan salah satu sektor yang berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap perekonomian masyarakat. Salah satu industri yang memiliki pengaruh cukup besar terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Wonogiri adalah industri brem. Tingginya jumlah produksi brem tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha dan upah tenaga kerja. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, pengalaman pelaku usaha, dan biaya energi terhadap tingkat produksi brem, pengaruh tingkat produksi brem terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha, pengaruh tingkat produksi brem terhadap upah tenaga kerja, serta bagaimana tingkat produksi brem dapat memenuhi standar kebutuhan hidup layak pelaku usaha dan tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 20 pelaku usaha dan 30 tenaga kerja. Alat yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisis regresi linier berganda OLS untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, pengalaman pelaku usaha dan biaya energi terhadap tingkat produksi, regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat produksi terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha dan pengaruh tingkat produksi terhadap upah tenaga kerja, rasio rata-rata pendapatan, rata-rata upah dengan Kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL) untuk mengetahui standar pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup layak pelaku usaha dan tenaga kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap tingkat produksi brem, pengalaman pelaku usaha dan biaya tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap produksi brem, tingkat produksi brem berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha dan upah tenaga kerja, rata-rata pendapatan pelaku usaha sudah memenuhi standar kebutuhan hidup layak, sedangkan upah tenaga kerja masih di bawah standar kebutuhan hidup layak.
English Abstract
The industrial sector is one sector that has a considerable influence on the economy of the community. One industry that has a significant influence on the economy of the community in Wonogiri Regency is the brem industry. The high amount of brem production will certainly affect the income of businesses and labor costs. This research aims to determine the effect of raw material costs, labor costs, the experience of business actors, and energy costs on the level of brem production, the effect of brem production levels on the income of business actors, the effect of brem production levels on labor wages, and how the level of brem production can meet the standard of living needs of decent business people and workers. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a number of respondents 20 business people and 30 workers. The tools used in analyzing this research are OLS multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of raw material costs, labor costs, business experience and energy costs on production levels, simple linear regression to determine the effect of production levels on business income and the influence of the level of production to labor wages, the ratio of average income, average wage to the Decent Living Needs to find out the standard of fulfillment of the living needs of business people and labor. The results of this study indicate that the cost of raw materials, labor costs have a significant positive effect on the level of brem production, the experience of business operators and labor costs have a positive but not significant effect on brem production, the level of brem production has a positive and significant effect on income of business actors and wages of labor, the average income of business actors has met the standard of living needs, while labor costs are still below the standard of decent living needs.
