Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kinerja dan kesejahteraan sosial dari UMKM Family 99 dalam memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat kinerja terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat yang diberdayakan di Desa Sumberrejo. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kinerja dari Mathis dan Jackson pada variabel X, dan konsep kesejahteraan sosial dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM Family 99 yang berada di Desa Sumberrejo, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Kendall tau dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y dengan angka signifikansi 0,000 yang artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak karena 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien korelasi Kendall tau menunjukkan nilai 0,531 yang berarti hubungan antara kedua variabel bersifat searah dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dengan begitu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kinerja terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di UMKM Family 99.
English Abstract
This study discusses the performance and social welfare of UMKM Family 99 in empowering the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the level of performance and the level of social welfare that is empowered in Sumberrejo Village. The theory used in this study is the theory of performance from Mathis and Jackson on variable X, and the concept of social welfare from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. This research was conducted at UMKM Family 99 in Sumberrejo Village, Gedangan District, Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used is Kendall tau correlation with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate a relationship between variable X and Y with a significance value of 0,000 which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected because 0,000 <0.05. Kendall tau correlation coefficient shows the value of 0.531 which means the relationship between the two variables is one-sided and has a strong relationship. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of performance and the level of social welfare of the community at UMKM Family 99
