Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproyeksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return on Investment (ROI) menggunakan studi meta analisis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari penelitian terdahulu pada tahun 2014- 2017 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 hasil penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive judgement sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh secara robust terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hal ini berarti dengan melakukan pengungkapan CSR dan melaporkannya pada laporan tahunan, perusahaan dapat memperoleh legitimasi dari pihak stakeholder, sehingga kegiatan yang dilakukan perusahaan didukung oleh pihak stakeholder. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengungkapan CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
English Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide evidence of the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on the financial performance projected by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Return on Investment (ROI) using meta-analysis. The samples used in this study were taken from previous studies in 2014-2017, with a total sample of 25 previous studies. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure had a strong effect on financial performance. This means that by disclosing CSR and reporting it on annual reports, a company can obtain legitimacy from stakeholders, and the activities carried out by the company become supported by the stakeholders. This research proves that CSR disclosure by a company will have a positive effect on the company financial performance of the company.
