Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X1), stres kerja (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bima Palma Nugraha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantor regional PT. Bima Palma Nugraha dengan sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang ditimbulkan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berbeda dengan variabel stres kerja, variabel motivasi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan harus menjaga tingkat stres kerja yang ada dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat
English Abstract
The aim of this research is to prove empirically the effects of work environment (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) on employee performance at PT. Bima Palma Nugraha. This is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the employees of the PT Bima Palma Nugraha regional office, with a total sample of 86 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment variable did not affect employee performance, while the work stress and work motivation variables did affect employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed the negative effect caused by work stress on employee performance. In contrast to work stress, work motivation showed a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, the company must maintain the level of stress that exists and increase employee motivation in order to increase employee performance.
