Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang modal sosial dan efektivitas organisasi dari Koperasi Amangtiwi dalam memberdayakan anggotanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat modal sosial terhadap tingkat efektivitas organisasi Koperasi Amangtiwi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori modal sosial dari Robert D. Putnam pada variabel X, dan konsep efektivitas organisasi dari Caplow pada variabel Y. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Koperasi Amangtiwi yang berada di Kota Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman-rho dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak karena 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien korelasi Spearman-rho menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,681 yang berarti hubungan antara kedua variabel bersifat searah dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dengan begitu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat modal sosial terhadap tingkat efektivitas organisasi di Koperasi Amangtiwi.
English Abstract
This study discusses about social capital and the effectiveness of emowerment from the Amangtiwi Cooperative. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the level of social capital and the organizational effectiveness in the Amangtiwi Cooperative. The theory used in this study is the theory of social capital from Robert D. Putnam on variable X, and the concept of organizational effectiveness from Caplow on variable Y. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the explanatory research type. The study was conducted at the Amangtiwi Cooperative in Malang City. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman-rho correlation with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate a relationship between variable X and Y with a significance value of 0,000, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected because 0,000 <0.05. The Spearman-rho correlation coefficient shows a value of 0.681 which means the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional and has a strong relationship. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of social capital and the organizational effectiveness in the Amangtiwi Cooperative.
