Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan serta corporate social responsibility terhadap return saham pada perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekspalanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada bursa efek indonesia pada website perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dengan menggunkan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan yang dihitung oleh Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS), Variabel ukuran perusahaan dan variabel corporate social responsibility (CSR). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah return saham. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan ROE, DER dan EPS terhadap return saham. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan firm size dan CSR memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa investor harus lebih. memperhatikan ukuran perusahaan dan CSR karena memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, firm size and corporate social responsibility on stock returns on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. This type of research is expalanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data collected from annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange on the company's website. The sample in this study consisted of 8 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were selected based on certain criteria using a purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis proposed by using multiple regression analysis. The independent variables in this study are financial performance which is calculated by Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS), firm size variable and corporate social responsibility (CSR) variables. The dependent variable in this study is stock returns. This study found that there was no significant effect of ROE, DER and EPS on stock returns. There is a significant influence on firm size and CSR has a significant effect on stock returns. This shows that investors need more. pay attention to firm size and CSR because they provide a significant influence on stock returns
