Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pandangan dari elite dari pengurus PCNU di daerah khususnya di wilayah Malang Raya terhadap pencalonan KH. Ma’ruf Amin sebagai Calon Wakil Presiden 2019 mendampingi Joko Widodo. Studi ini menjelaskan bahwa belum ada PCNU yang menyatakan sikap resmi mengenai pencalonan K.H. Ma’ruf Amin sebagai Cawapres, selama ini pernyataan-pernyataan yang terekam media hanya fokus pada pernyataan pengurus pusat PBNU saja. Hasil studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa penyataan pro dan kontra muncul dalam Sikap Politik Nahdliyin Pada Pemilihan Presiden 2019 dari elite PCNU Kota Malang yaitu jika pro ketika ada budaya relasi antara elite dan populis, dalam konteks ini adalah antara Nahdliyin dengan Kyai, maka Nahdliyin akan cenderung memilih pasangan calon yang sudah dikenal, dan K.H. Maruf Amin sebagai mantan Rais Aam PBNU cenderung akan menjadi pilihan politik warga Nahdliyin. Sedangkan untuk pernyataan kontranya yaitu menjelaskan bahwa harus ada netralitas dari NU itu sendiri di mana, figure yang memang dicalonkan harus sesuai dengan kredibilitas dari pasangan calon dilihat sisi positif dari tiap pasangan calon dan bagi NU sendiri tidak harus untuk memilih paslon dengan nomor urut 01 karena itu adalah hak dari setiap warga khususnya pihak Nahdhiyyin untuk memilih tiap paslon tersebut.
English Abstract
This study discusses the views of elites from PCNU management in the regions, especially in the Greater Malang area, against the nomination of KH. Ma'ruf Amin as the 2019 Vice-Presidential Candidate accompanied Joko Widodo. This study explains that there is no PCNU that has stated an official attitude regarding the nomination of K.H. Ma'ruf Amin as Vice-President, so far the statements recorded by the media only focus on the statements of the PBNU central board. The results of this study reveal that the statement of pros and cons arises in the Nahdliyin Political Attitude of the 2019 Presidential Election from the Malang PCNU elite, that is if the pros when there is a culture of relations between the elite and populist, in this context it is between Nahdliyin and Kyai, then Nahdliyin will tend to choose a partner known candidates, and KH Maruf Amin, as a former Rais Aam PBNU, is likely to become a political choice for Nahdliyin residents. As for the counter statement which explains that there must be neutrality from NU itself, the figure nominated must be in accordance with the credibility of the candidate pairs viewed from the positive side of each candidate pair and for NU itself it is not necessary to choose a candidate pair with serial number 01 because of that is the right of every citizen, especially Nahdhiyyin, to vote for each candidate.
