Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk di Kota Malang berdampak pada pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan sebesar 7-10% per tahunnya. Hal tersebut tidak seiring dengan pertumbuhan prasarana pendukung salah satunya area parkir. Adanya parkir pada bahu jalan dapat mengganggu kinerja lalu lintas seperti pada Malang Plasa, Plasa Gajah Mada, dan Plasa Matahari. Ketiga pusat perbelanjaan tersebut memiliki tarikan pergerakan yang tinggi, sehingga menimbulkan beban parkir yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja parkir, mengukur kebutuhan parkir untuk saat ini maupun untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Tujuan dalam mendapatkan model agar dapat diketahui variable mana yang berpengaruh dalam kebutuhan parkir. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis kinerja parkir, analisis kebutuhan parkir, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis didapatkan variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu jumlah kendaraan masuk (X1), jumlah kendaraan keluar (X2), jumlah kendaraan sebelum survei (X3), lama waktu parkir (X4), kapasitas parkir (X5), dan jumlah pengunjung yang membawa kendaraan (X6) dengan variabel terikat yaitu kebutuhan parkir kendaraan roda dua dan kebutuhan parkir kendaraan roda empat pada Malang Plasa, Plasa Gajah Mada, Plasa Matahari, dan parkir on street pada koridor Jl. K.H. Agus Salim. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi didapatkan model yaitu Y = b5X5 – (a + b1X1 – b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b6X6) dan disimulasikan sehingga didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan parkir sesuai dengan kapasitas yang disediakan. Model tersebut diproyeksikan agar didapatkan kebutuhan parkir untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Hasil rekomendasi untuk menangani kebutuhan parkir pada ketiga pusat perbelanjaan tersebut dengan diterapkannya parkir progresif maupun rencana perubahan layout parkir

English Abstract

An increase of population in Malang has an impact on the growth of vehicles by 7- 10% per year. This issue was not in line with the growth of and other supporting infrastructure one of the ways is parking area .The fact that there are parking lot at the shoulder of the road have the potential to disturb the performance of traffic such as Malang Plasa , Plasa Gajah Mada , and plasa Matahari. That had a high pull in movement, resulting in considerable parking loads. This research aimed to measure parking perfomance, measure parking for the time being and for next 5 years. The purpose of this research was to obtained a model in order to be known which variables were influential in parking needs. The methods of analysis used were parking performance analysis, parking needs analysis, and multiple linear regression analyses. Based on the results of the analysis obtained an influential variable were the number of incoming vehicles (X1), the number of outbound vehicles (X2), the number of initial parking vehicles (X3), the length of parking time (X4), the parking capacity (X5), and the number of visitors carrying vehicle (X6) with a variable bonded was parking needs two-wheeled vehicles and parking needs four-wheel vehicles at Malang Plasa, Plasa Gajah Mada, Plasa Matahari, and parking on street on the corridor Jl.K.H Agus Salim. Based on the results of regression analysis obtained the model of Y = b5X5 – (a + b1X1 – b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b6X6) and simulated so that was obtained that the needs of parking according to the capacity provided. The Model was projected to obtainend parking needs for the next 5 years.
