Abstract
Kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit memerlukan sistem informasi manajemen. Pengembangan SIM akan mengalami perkembangan yang tidak baik apabila terdapat kendala yang bersifat operasional dan manajerial serta berdampak terhadap kemampuan organisasi dalam mengadopsi SIM. Sebuah studi pendahuluan deskriptif menunjukkan kendala adopsi SIM farmasi sebagai akar masalah utama yang mempengaruhi kekosongan stok obat di RSU Karsa Husada Batu. Hasil FGD pada studi ini mengungkap bahwa SIM farmasi tidak user friendly dan mengakibatkan terjadinya kendala implementasi. Adanya kendala ini perlu dievaluasi secara empiris melalui pendekatan kerangka kerja HOT-fit model yang telah dimodifikasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor faktor human, organization dan technology terhadap kemampuan SIM farmasi. Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh komponen yang terlibat dalam implementasi SIM farmasi dengan total sampling 65 orang dan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor manusia, organisasi dan teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan SIM farmasi dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 38.9%. Faktor organisasi dan teknologi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan faktor manusia berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Faktor organisasi adalah faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan SIM farmasi di RSU Karsa Husada Batu. Peran organisasi ini sangat penting dan harus dioptimalkan. Optimalisasi peran organisasi dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk dukungan terhadap program peningkatan performa SIM farmasi agar dapat diterima dengan baik dan memuaskan kinerja pengguna.
English Abstract
Pharmaceutical services in hospitals require a management information system (HIS). HIS development will experience a not good development if there are constraints that are operational and managerial and affect the ability of the organization in adopting the HIS. A descriptive preliminary study shows the constraints of pharmaceutical information system adoption as the root of the main problem affecting drug stock void in Karsa Husada Batu Hospital. FGD results in this study revealed that pharmaceutical information system is not user friendly and resulted in implementation constraints. This constraint needs to be empirically evaluated through a modified HOT-fit model framework approach. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of 2 human, organization and technology factors on the ability of pharmaceutical information system. Analytical observational research design with cross sectional approach. The study sample was all components involved in pharmaceutical information system implementation with total sampling of 65 people and using questionnaire instrument. Data analysis with descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that human, organization and technology factors simultaneously have a significant effect influence to the ability of pharmaceutical information system with contribution of influence equal to 38.9%. Organizational and technological factors are partially significant while the human factor is not significant. Organizational factors are the dominant factor affecting the ability of pharmaceutical information system in Karsa Husada Batu Hospital. The role of this organization is very important and must be optimized. Optimizing the role of the organization can be done in the form of support to the pharmaceutical information system performance improvement program in order to be well received and satisfy the user's performance.
