Abstract
Komunitas terbentuk oleh berbagai tujuan, pandangan, dan pemahaman tentang pengetahuan yang menciptakan proses. Salah satunya adalah Komunitas Mariberkarya yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan dari Komunitas Mariberkarya ini adalah untuk merangkul dan mengajak para anak muda yang ingin berkarya untuk bisa lebih produktif. Adanya komunitas ini membawa perubahan pada aspek sosial ekonomi terhadap para anggotanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan pengaruh dari konsep resiprositas dan sharing economy dalam Komunitas Mariberkarya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori resiprositas dan sharing economy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, observasi partisipasi, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peran dan pengaruh dari aktivitas Komunitas Mariberkarya, seperti mulai munculnya usaha baru, anggotanya lebih mempunyai wawasan dalam bidang entrepreneur. Dampak yang terjadi merupakan dampak positif, para anggota yang bergabung dalam Komunitas Mariberkarya bisa mempunyai ide untuk membuka usaha baru dan bisa menjadi lebih mandiri. Usaha baru yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi kreatif jika dikembangan dengan sungguh-sungguh bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi yang membutuhkan. English Abstract
Communities are formed by a variety of goals, views, and understanding of knowledge that creates processes. One of them is the Mariberkarya Community, which is engaged in the creative economy. The purpose of the Mariberkarya Community is to embrace and encourage young people who want to work to be more productive. The existence of this community brings changes to the socio-economic aspects of its members. The purpose of this study is to describe the role and influence of the concept of reciprocity and sharing economy in the Mariberkarya Community. This study uses the theory of reciprocity and sharing economy. The research method used is sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques consisted of structured and unstructured interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate the role and influence of the Mariberkarya Community activities, such as the emergence of new businesses, whose members have more insight in the field of entrepreneurship. The impact that occurred was a positive impact, members who joined the Mariberkarya Community could have an idea to open a new business and could become more independent. New businesses engaged in the creative economy if they are developed seriously can create jobs for those who need them. That way, it is expected to reduce unemployment
