Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis dan Islamic spiritual leadership terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen organisasional, 2) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) menguji dan menganalisis peran motivasi instrinsik sebagai mediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis dan Islamic spiritual leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional para pengurus Lembaga Dakwah Kampus (LDK) Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada pengurus Lembaga Dakwah Kampus (LDK) Universitas Brawijaya dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 166. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen organisasional, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, Islamic spiritual leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen organisasional, dan motivasi intrinsik mampu memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis dan Islamic spiritual leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional.

English Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to test and analyze the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment, (2) to test and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on organizational commitment, (3) to test and analyze the role of intrinsic motivationin mediating the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on the organizational commitment of Campus Dawah Association administrators of Universitas Brawijaya. The sample of this study is 166 administrators of Campus Dawah Association of Universitas Brawijaya, selected using proportionate random sampling. The data was collected through questionnairesdistributed to the respondents and was analyzed quantitatively using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that psychological empowerment has a significant effect on intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment, that intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment, that Islamic spiritual leadership has a significant effect on intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment, and that intrinsic motivation mediates the influence of psychological empowerment and Islamic spiritual leadership on organizational commitment.
