Fitrahadi, Agung (2019) Evaluasi Keandalan Submarine Power Cable 20 kV Bangka-Lepar. Magister thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
This study evaluates the reliability of submarine power cable 20 kV Bangka-Lepar. The Submarine power cable also describes the medium voltage distribution network at Bangka-Lepar and determines the correlation of various parameters that affect network operations and then provides information about the power cable itself and laying procedures. Furthermore the research conducts with reliability analysis based on statistical models. This model is used to evaluate characteristics operational cable such as failure rates of natural or human causes, and is also used to choose between two cable routes and to determine one maximum reliability. The results of this study are increasing the alternative line by 0.16% compared to the existing lane, while the alternative lane using protection increases by 0.11% compared to the existing line that uses protection. The Alternative SPC line has a length of 2813.84 meters and the existing SPC line has a length of 3064.06 meters, so alternative routes are shorter than the existing SPC lines.
