Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: (1) Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan kantor pusat PT Hutama Karya (Persero). (2) Adanya pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z). (3) Adanya pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik(X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). (4) Adanya pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2) terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z). (4) Adanya pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). (5) Adanya pengaruh siginifikan Motivasi Kerja (Z) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 68 karyawan. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh secara siginifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) terhadap Motivasi Kerja(Z) sebesar 0,443. (2) terdapat pengaruh secara siginifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesaar 0,243. (3) terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2) terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z) sebesar 0,392. (4) terdapat pengartuh secara signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,241. (5) terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja (Z) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,375. Saran yang diberikan pada perusahaan yaitu perusahaan diharapkan memberikan pelatihan secara rutin yang dapat membantu untuk karyawan meningkatkan potensi dirinya sehingga dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman serta akan menjadi sebuah motivasi pada diri karyawan yang akan berdampak positif untuk mencapai visi misi perusahaan.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain: (1) Variables in physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at the headquarters of PT Hutama Karya (Persero). (2) There is a significant influence of the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Work Motivation (Z). (3) There is a significant influence of the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Performance (Y). (4) There is a significant influence of Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) on Work Motivation (Z). (4) There is a significant influence of Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). (5) There is a significant influence of Work Motivation (Z) on Employee Performance (Y). This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and the method used is a questionnaire. This research was conducted on 68 employees. The data analysis technique of this study used a path analysis model. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Work Motivation (Z) of 0.443. (2) there is a significant influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.243. (3) there is a significant influence between Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) on Work Motivation (Z) of 0.392. (4) there is a significant influence between Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) of 0.241. (5) there is a significant influence between Work Motivation (Z) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.375. The advice given to the company is that the company is expected to provide regular training that can help employees improve their potential so that they can keep up with the times and will be a motivation for employees that will have a positive impact on achieving the company's vision and mission.
