Abstract
UU tentang pemerintahan daerah telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 dimana salah satu isinya merupakan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah diarahkan untuk mempercepat terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pelayanan, pemberdayaan, dan peran serta masyarakat, serta peningkatan daya saing daerah. Salah satu penggerak dalam meningkatkan daya saing suatu daerah adalah investasi dan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tenaga Kerja, Investasi Dalam Negeri, Dan Investasi Asing Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Tahun 2009-2017. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 9.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variable Tenaga kerja dan Investasi asing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB, sedangkan variable Investasi dalam negeri berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB. Hal ini disebabkan karna Investasi dalam negeri yang masuk ke daerah Kaltim difokuskan untuk diinvestasikan ke industry padat modal yakni investasi yang masuk cenderung dalam proses produksinya tergantung pada mesin-mesin dan tidak banyak menyerap tenaga kerja.
English Abstract
The law on regional government has been regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2014 whereby one of the contents is the administration of regional government directed to accelerate the realization of community welfare through improving services, empowerment, and community participation, and increasing regional competitiveness. Driving force in improving the competitiveness of a region is an investment and labor. This study aims to determine the effect of labor, domestic investment and foreign investment on economic growth in the province of East Kalimantan in 2009-2017. To achieve these objectives panel data regression analysis is used. by using the Eviews 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable labor and foreign investment have a significant effect on GRDP, while the variable domestic investment has no significant effect on GRDP. This is because domestic investment entering the East Kalimantan region is focused on investing in capital-intensive industries, which is that the investment tends to be dependent on machines and does not absorb a lot of labor in the production process.
