Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan studi Kasus dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang aspek-aspek yang relevan dalam hal ini untuk membantu manajer membuat keputusan untuk perusahaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Tahunan Perusahaan tahun 2015 – 2018 . Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat Studi Kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. tidak dapat menciptakan nilai tambah yang positif. Ini bisa terjadi karena Tingginya biaya modal tidak diikuti dengan meningkatnya nilai Laba operasi Bersih Setelah Pajak menurunkan laba untuk meningkatkan jumlah hutang di perusahaan. EVA yang didapat selalu negatif ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh jumlah laba yang kurang dari jumlah utang yang cukup tinggi, ini dapat memicu kurangnya minat pemegang saham untuk berinvestasi di Perusahaan. Meskipun nilai EVA negatif tetapi perusahaan tetap memiliki laba yang positif sehingga perusahaan masih layak dan sangat masih diminati oleh investor.
English Abstract
This study uses a case study to provide an overview of the relevant aspects in this regard to help managers make decisions for the company. Subject of this research is PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Instruments in this research is the company's annual financial statements in 2015-2018. The analysis technique used in this research is a case study. The results showed that PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. cannot create a positive added value. This can happen due to high cost of capital is not followed by increasing the value of Net Operating Profit After Taxes lower earnings to increase the amount of debt in the company. EVA obtained is always negative can be influenced by the amount of profit that is less than the amount of debt is high enough, This may lead to lack of interest of shareholders to invest in the Company. Despite the negative EVA value but the company still has a positive profit so that the company is still viable and very still in demand by investors.
