Abstract
Salah satu syarat untuk meraih gelar diploma empat program studi D-IV Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang adalah menyelesaikan tugas skripsi. Sedangkan cepat atau tidaknya dalam menyelesaikan skripsi dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan topik yang sesuai dengan kemampuan mahasiswa. Namun kenyataannya, masih banyak mahasiswa yang memilih topik kurang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut akan berdampak terhadap kelulusan mahasiswa, dimana tingkat kelulusan juga berpengaruh terhadap nilai akreditasi instansi program studi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil uraian masalah, maka dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk mengatasi suatu permasalahan dengan banyak kriteria (multi-kriteria) dan mampu mengakomodasi kriteria yang samar atau tidak pasti. Untuk itu penulis memilih untuk menggabungkan logika fuzzy sebagai bagian dari Artificial Intelligent dengan AHP atau yang disebut dengan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Sedangkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan Fuzzy AHP yang hanya bersifat dependen, maka penulis menggunakan Fuzzy ANP yang menggabungkan umpan balik dan hubungan saling ketergantungan antar elemen keputusan dan alternatif Pada penelitian sistem rekomendasi pemilihan topik skripsi berbasis Fuzzy AHP dan Fuzzy ANP data yang digunakan merupakan data primer hasil dari kuisioner yang disebar kepada pakar. Kuisioner tersebut terdiri dari kuisioner penentuan kriateria/cluster dan sub kriteria/unit yang menghasilkan tiga kriteria dan sepuluh sub kriteria yang merupakan faktor dalam memilih topik skripsi, kuisioner kedua menentukan bobot kriteria/sub kriteria metode Fuzzy AHP dengan menggunakan skala AHP, kuisioner ketiga menentukan tabel hubungan keterpengaruhan antara cluster/unit sebagai dasar dalam menentukan struktur jaringan Fuzzy ANP, kuisioner keempat menentukan bobot cluster/unit berdasarkan tabel hubungan keterpengaruhan terhadap cluster/unit untuk membentuk super matrik dalam metode FANP, kuisioner kelima menentukan bobot alternatif sebagai dasar untuk pakar dalam merekomendasi topik. Kemudian kuisioner terahir pakar berikan daftar alternatif topik untuk merekomendasi berdasarkan bobot alternatif pada kuisioner kelima. Hasil rekomendasi pakar tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan/dasar dalam mengukur akurasi antara metode fuzzy AHP dan Fuzzy ANP. Untuk mengetahui performa/akurasi dari metode yang digunakan, penulis memberikan daftar topik yang berbeda dan meminta 3 orang pakar untuk memberikan rekomendasi dari daftar topik berdasarkan pengalaman dan bobot kriteria topik. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap sistem rekomendsi metode Fuzzy AHP dan Fuzzy ANP dengan uji data sebanyak 66 data topik yang dibabagi menjadi 3 kelompok, dimana dalam setiap kelompok dilakukan pengujian sebanyak 6 kali dan hasil pengujian sistem tersebut dibandingkn dengan hasil rekomendasi dari pakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode F-AHP memiliki waktu eksekusi 0,2561 detik lebih cepat dibandingkan metode F-ANP pada saat proses rekomendasi. Selain itu, metode F-ANP memiliki tingkat akurasi 18% lebih tinggi daripada metode F-AHP dalam hal ketepatan hasil sistem dengan rekomendasi pakar.
English Abstract
One of the requirements to obtain diploma degree of D-IV Nursing Program of Health Polytechnic, Department of Health, Malang is completing the thesis. While the fast or not in completing the thesis is influenced by the selection of topiks in accordance with students’s abilities. But in reality, there are many students who choose the topiks with less appropriate to their abilities. The descripancies will have an impact on students graduation and the graduation rate also has an affect on the accreditation value of the study program in the institution. Based on the description of the problem, the authors conducted a research recommendation system of thesis topiks selection based on Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and Fuzzy Network Hierarchy Process (F-ANP), Case Sudy: D-IV Nursing Program of Health Polytechnic, Department of Health, Malang. Based on the descriptions of the problem, a method is needed to overcome a problem with many criteria (multi-criteria) and be able to accommodate the vague or uncertain criteria. Therefore, the authors chose to combine fuzzy logic as part of Artificial Intelligent with AHP, it’s called Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). But, the authors used Fuzzy ANP which combined feedback and dependent correlation between decision and alternative elements to overcome the weakness of dependent Fuzzy AHP In this research, recommendation of fiscal topik based on Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy ANP data is used as primary data from questionnaires distributed to experts. The questionnaire consisted of a criateria / cluster determination questionnaire and sub criteria / unit that yielded three criteria and ten sub criteria which were factors in choosing thesis topik, the second questionnaire determined the criteria / sub criteria of Fuzzy AHP method using AHP scale, the third questionnaire determined the table the relationship between cluster / unit as the basis for determining the structure of the Fuzzy ANP network, the fourth questionnaire determines the cluster / unit weight based on the table of the relationship of cluster / unit affinity to form the super matrix in the FANP method, the fifth questionnaire determines the alternative weight as the basis for the expert in recommending the topik . Then the final questionnaire gives the expert a list of alternative topiks to recommend based on the alternative weight on the fifth questionnaire. The results of these expert recommendations are used as a reference in measuring the accuracy between the AHP and Fuzzy ANP fuzzy methods. To determine the performance/accuracy of the methods used, the authors provide a list of different topiks and ask 3 experts to provide recommendations from a list of topiks based on experience and weighting of topik criteria. Then testing the system of FAHP and FANP method recommendation with data test of 66 data topiks divided into 3 groups, where in each group is tested 6 times and the test result of the system compared with the recommendation from the expert. The research results showed that F-AHP method had an excess time of 0.2561 second faster than F-ANP method during the recommendation process. In addition, the F-ANP method had an accuracy rate of 18% higher than the F-AHP method in terms of the results system accuracy with experts recommendations.
