Abstract
Antrian merupakan suatu himpunan yang terdiri dari orang, pelayanan dan objek yang menunggu untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Antrian dapat terjadi pada suatu objek benda seperti antrian mobil tangki di PT Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Madiun pada proses penyaluran BBM. Proses penyaluran BBM terdiri dari tiga tahap (Multi Phase), yakni pengecekan mobil tangki di Gate In, pengisian di Filling Shed dan penyegelan di Gate Out. Proses penyaluran BBM memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama, karena jenis BBM yang diminta oleh customer/SPBU berbeda-beda sedangkan sarana dan fasilitas pelayanan yang ada cukup terbatas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis sistem antrian untuk mengetahui karakteristik sistem dan optimalisasi proses penyaluran BBM. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik sistem antrian, ditentukan model pada masing-masing tahapnya. Setelah mengetahui model antrian pada masing-masing tahap selanjutnya dilakukan proses analisis karakteristik sistem antrian menggunakan metode simulasi Monte Carlo. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi menggunakan empat server utilitas server pada masing-masing tahap diatas 50%. Artinya server lebih banyak beroperasi dibandingkan menganggur. Rata-rata banyaknya mobil tangki yang mengantri sebanyak satu mobil, di mana antrian tersebut terjadi di tahap kedua (pengisian BBM di Filling Shed). Rata-rata banyaknya mobil tangki dalam sistem sebanyak 5 mobil dengan masing-masing mobil menghabiskan waktu selama 67,7 menit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbandingan karakteristik menggunakan empat server dan delapan server, utilitas server menggunakan delapan server dibawah 50% yang artinya banyak server yang menganggur. Oleh karena itu proses penyaluran BBM dengan menggunakan empat server lebih optimal dibandingkan delapan server. Sehingga pihak PT Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Madiun dapat melakukan evaluasi sistem proses penyaluran BBM khususnya pada tahap kedua.
English Abstract
Queue is a set consisting of people, services and objects waiting to get service. Queues can occur on an object such as a tank car queue at PT Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Madiun during the fuel distribution process. The fuel distribution process consists of three stages (Multi Phase), namely checking the tank car at Gate In, charging in Filling Shed and sealing in Gate Out. The fuel distribution process requires a relatively long time, because the type of fuel requested by the customer / gas station is different while the facilities and service facilities are quite limited. Therefore, a queuing system analysis is needed to determine the system characteristics and the process of optimizing the fuel distribution process. To find out the characteristics of the queue system, the model is determined at each stage. After knowing the queuing model in each stage then the characteristic analysis of the queuing system is carried out using Monte Carlo simulation method. Based on the simulation results using four server server utilities in each stage above 50%. This means that the server operates more than idle. The average number of tankers queuing as many as one car, where the queue occurs in the second stage (filling the fuel in the Filling Shed). The average number of tank cars in the system is 5 cars with each car spending 67.7 minutes. Based on the results of the characteristic comparison analysis using four servers and eight servers, server utilities use eight servers under 50% which means many servers are idle. Therefore, the fuel distribution process using four servers is more optimal than eight servers. So that PT Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Madiun can evaluate the fuel distribution process system, especially in the second stage.
