Abstract
Perusahaan perlu melakukan perencanaan produksi yang optimal agar dapat memenuhi permintaan yang ada setiap bulannya. Perusahaan juga perlu menganalisis persediaan agar dapat memperoleh tingkat persediaan optimal dengan menjaga keseimbangan antara biaya. Metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) Multi Items dapat digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi dan total biaya persediaan optimal yang harus dikeluarkan perusahaan. Hasil dari EPQ Multi Items digunakan sebagai kendala pada model pengoptimalan produksi dengan metode Goal Programming. English Abstract
The company needs to carry out optimal production planning in order to meet the demand that exists every month. Companies also need to analyze inventory in order to obtain optimal inventory levels by maintaining a balance between costs. The Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) Multi Items method can be used to determine the optimal amount of production and the total inventory cost that must be spent by the company. The results of EPQ Multi Items are used as constraints on the production optimization model with the Goal Programming method.
