Abstract

Jajanan dipasar yang dijual banyak digoreng dengan minyak goreng dicampur dengan plastik. Campuran minyak goreng dan plastik dipanaskan diatas suhu 950 agar tercampur merata dengan baik. Campuran minyak goreng dan plastik sebagai zat toksik dan radikal bebas atau ROS (Reactive oksigen system). Organ yang pertama terkena zat toksik dan radikal bebas diantaranya adalah hepar, hepar yang rusak ditandai dengan kenaikan kadar SGPT dan SGOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji toksisitas campuran minyak goreng dan plastik terhadap kadar SGPT dan SGOT serta gambaran histopatologi hepar pada tikus putih. Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus putih (Rattus Norvegicus) dengan usia 8-12 minggu dengan berat badan 150-250 gram. Tikus dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok dengan kelompok 1 kontrol negatif, kelompok 3 perlakuan. Hewan coba tikus diinduksi campuran minyak goreng dan plastik secara sonde per oral sebanyak P1: 0,5ml, P2: 1ml, P3: 1,5ml. Analisa data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan, yaitu pemeriksaan kadar SGPT dan SGOT hepar menggunakan uji ANOVA dengan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 95% (α = 0.05) sedangkan data kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu gambaran histopatologi hepar terlihat adanya kerusakan jaringan hepar terlihat sel radang, dan nekrosis. Campuran minyak goreng dan plastik mampu meningkatkan kadar SGPT dan SGOT sangat signifikan (P<0,01) hingga ratarata SGPT 36,94 ± 0,45U/L dengan peningkatan 72,45%, serta rata – rata SGOT 84,59 ± 1,8U/L dengan peningkatan 40,3%. Kesimpulan pemberian minyak goreng yang terkontaminasi komponen plastik menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah kadar SGPT dan SGOT hepar sangat signifikan dan adanya kerusakan histopatologi jaringan hepar terlihat adanya sel radang, dan nekrosis.

English Abstract

Snacks in the market are sold in lots fried with cooking oil mixed with plastic. The mixture of cooking oil and plastic is heated above 95oC so that it is well mixed. Mixture of cooking oil and plastic as toxic and free radicals or ROS (Reactive oxygen system). The first organ that is exposed to toxic substances and free radicals is liver, damaged liver is characterized by increased levels of SGPT and SGOT. This study aimed to determine the toxicity test of mixed cooking oil and plastic against SGPT and SGOT levels and liver histopathology in rats. The experimental animals were rats (Rattus norvegicus) with an age of 8-12 weeks with a body weight of 150-250 grams. Rats were divided into 4 groups with group 1 negative control, 3 treatment groups (P1, P2, P3). Rats were induced by cooking oil and plastic mixture in a sonde orally as much as P1: 0.5ml, P2: 1ml, P3: 1.5ml. Data analysis was both quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data used, namely examination of SGPT and SGOT levels using the ANOVA test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) while the qualitative data used were liver histopathology depiction of liver tissue damage seen in inflammatory cells, and necrosis. The mixture of cooking oil and plastic increased SGPT and SGOT levels very significantly (P <0.01) to an average SGPT of 36.94 ± 0.45 U / L with an increase of 72.45%, and an average of SGOT 84.59 ± 1.8 U / L with an increase of 40.3%. The conclusion were that the treatment of cooking oil contaminated with plastic components causes a very significantly increase in both of SGPT and SGOT levels of liver and the presence of histopathological damage to liver tissue can be seen in the presence of inflammatory cells, and necrosis.
