Abstract
Latar Belakang: Sepsis adalah respon imun sistemik terhadap infeksi yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan organ sistemik dan dapat melindungi jiwa. Sepsis Kejadian di dunia diperkirakan mencapai 13.000.000 orang setiap tahunnya, dan menyebabkan Kematian hingga 4.000.000 orang. Pada pasien dengan kondisi sepsis dapat menyebabkan penurunan jumlah platelet dan limfosit. Rasio trombosit-limfosit (PLR) merupakan salah satu penanda inflamasi yang dapat digunakan untuk penanda prediksi dan prognostik berbagai penyakit. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari nilai PLR terhadap derajat keparahan pasien sepsis. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 dan dibagi tiga kelompok menjadi syok sepsis, sepsis, dan non-sepsis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional retrospektif. Menggunakan analisis statistik Oneway ANOVA dan uji Pearson. Hasil: Hasil dari uji Oneway ANOVA menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan antara nilai PLR pada pasien syok sepsis, sepsis dan non-sepsis dengan nilai p = 0,548, dan pada kelompok kategori qSOFA score didapatkan p= 0,299. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson dengan derajat keparahan sepsis berdasarkan diagnosis akhir didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,655. Kemudian pada uji korelasi Pearson antara nilai PLR dengan kelompok qSOFA score didapatkan nilai p-value= 0,299. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada perbedaan antara nilai PLR pada pasien syok sepsis, sepsis, dan non-sepsis. Selain itu, juga tidak ada korelasi antara nilai PLR dengan derajat keparahan sepsis berdasarkan diagnosis akhir dan kelompok kategori qSOFA score pasien.
English Abstract
Background: Sepsis is a systemic immune response to infections that can cause systemic organ failure and can protect the soul. Sepsis Events in the world are estimated to reach 13,000,000 people each year, and cause the deaths of up to 4,000,000 people. Patients with sepsis can cause a decrease in the number of platelets and lymphocytes. The platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) is one of the inflammatory markers that can be used for predictive and prognostic markers of various diseases. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between PLR values and the severity of sepsis patients. This study used 30 research subjects and divided into three groups into septic shock, sepsis, and non-sepsis. This study is a retrospective observational study. Using Oneway ANOVA statistical analysis, Pearson test, and ROC curve test. Results: The results of Oneway ANOVA test showed no difference between PLR values in septic shock patients, sepsis and non-septic patients with a value of p = 0.548, and between PLR values in the qSOFA score group obtained p = 0.299. The results of the Pearson correlation test with the severity of sepsis based on the final diagnosis found a p-value = 0.655. Then in the Pearson correlation test between the PLR value and the qSOFA score category the p-value = 0.299. Conclusion: There was no difference between PLR values in septic shock patients, sepsis, and non-septic patients. In addition, there was also no correlation between PLR values and the severity of sepsis based on the final diagnosis and the qSOFA category of the patient score
