Abstract

Enteral homemade dapat diberikan kepada pasien yang memiliki kesulitan dalam menelan. Dalam membuat enteral homemade dibutuhkan alat analisis kandungan zat gizi yang akurat. AnalisiS kandungan zat gizi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Nutrisurvey dan uji laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil analisis kandungan energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak pada enteral homemade dengan menggunakansoftware Nutrisurvey dan uji laboratorium. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan formula enteral homemade dengan densitas energi 2 kkal/ml. Menggunakan bahan-bahan putih telur, susu skim, madu, yoghurt dan minyak canola. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian analitik. Kandungan energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak didapat dengan menggunakan metode faktor Atwater; by different; kjeldahl; dan Weibull. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil analisis kandungan energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak, analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Independen T-test. Ratarata energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak uji laboratorium adalah 51,37 gram; 10,70 gram; 7,17 gram; dan 312,96 kkal. Sedangkan rata-rata energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak software Nutrisurvey adalah 447,9 kkal; 63,5 gram; 17,7 gram; dan 15,7 gram. Berdasarkan Uji Independen T-Test, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil uji laboratorium dengan nutrisurvey pada kandungan energi, protein dan lemak. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung (t hitung > t tabel) dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,77 dan t hitung protein, lemak, dan energi masing-masing sebesar 284,2; 13,59 dan 14,92. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil analisis kandungan karbohidrat uji laboratorium dan software Nutrisurvey dengan nilai t hitung karbohidrat sebesar -4,74. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan signifikan pada hasil analisis kandungan energi, protein dan lemak, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada hasil analisis kandung karbohidrat software Nutrisurvey dan uji laboratorium.

English Abstract

Homemade enteral can be given to patients who have difficulty swallowing. In making homemade enteral, a practical nutritional analysis tool is needed. Analysis of nutrient content can be done using Nutrisurvey software. This study aims to determine the differences in the results of analysis of enteral homemade energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats using Nutrisurvey software and laboratory tests. The sample of this study used a homemade enteral formula with an energy density of 2 kcal / ml. The ingredients used in this study are egg white, skim milk, honey, yogurt and canola oil. This study uses experimaental research design. The content of energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat is obtained using the Atwater factor method; by different; kjeldahl; and Weibull. To find out the difference in the results of the analysis of energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat content, the statistical analysis used was the Independent T-test. The average energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat laboratory test is 51.37 grams; 10.70 grams; 7.17 gram; and 312.96 kcal. While the average energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat of Nutrisurvey software is 447.9 kcal; 63.5 grams; 17.7 grams; and 15.7 grams. Based on the TTest Independent Test, there were significant differences between the results of laboratory tests and nutrisurvey on energy, protein and fat content. This is indicated by the value of t-count (t count> t table) with a value of t table of 2.77 and t count for protein, fat, and energy each of 284,2; 13,59 and 14,92. There was no significant difference between the results of the analysis of the carbohydrate content of laboratory tests and Nutrisurvey software with a carbohydrate t value of -4,74. The conclusion of this study was that there were significant differences in the results of analysis of energy, protein and fat content, but there were no significant differences in the results of Nutrisurvey's software carbohydrate analysis and laboratory tests.
