Abstract
Malnutrisi rumah sakit khususnya gizi kurang merupakan suatu keadaan penurunan berat badan dan status gizi pada pasien rawat inap yang sedang menjalani perawatan dirumah sakit. Pada keadaan tersebut pasien harus tetap mendapatkan asupan makanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Salah satu alternatifnya yaitu dengan pemberian formula enteral blenderized. Salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pembuatan formula enteral yaitu viskositas. Pada pembuatan formula enteral blenderized biasanya diberikan tambahan immunnonutrient berupa omega3 yang bisa didapat dari minyak ikan. Rata – rata densitas energi yang digunakan yaitu berkisar antara 0,5 kkal/ml – 2 kkal/ml. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan viskositas pada formula enteral blenderized dengan dan tanpa penambahan miyak ikan dengan densitas energi 1 kkal/ml, 1,5 kkal/ml, dan 2 kkal/ml. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan 2 perlakuan formula A dan formula B. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan Independent Samples T Test pada formula A dan B masing – masing dengan densitas energi 1 kkal/ml, 1,5 kkal/ml, dan 2 kkal/ml yaitu ( p=0,502, p=0,107, p=0,993 > 0,05). Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada viskositas formula enteral blenderized dengan dan tanpa penambahan minyak ikan.
English Abstract
Hospital malnutrition, especially malnutrition, is a state of weight loss and nutritional status in hospitalized patients who are undergoing treatment at the hospital. In these circumstances patients must still get food intake according to their needs. One alternative is by giving an enteral formula blenderized. One thing that needs to be considered in making enteral formulas is viscosity. In making a blenderized formula, it is usually given an additional immunnonutrient in the form of omega3 which can be obtained from fish oil. The average energy density used is around 0.5 kcal / ml - 2 kcal / ml. This study aims to determine the difference in viscosity of the enteral formula blenderized with and without the addition of fish oil with an energy density of 1 kcal / ml, 1.5 kcal / ml, and 2 kcal / ml. This research is experimental with 2 treatments of formula A and formula B. Based on the results of statistical analysis using Independent Samples T Test on formulas A and B each with an energy density of 1 kcal / ml, 1.5 kcal / ml, and 2 kcal / ml ie (p = 0.502, p = 0.107, p = 0.993> 0.05). From these results indicate that there is no significant difference in the viscosity of the enteral formula blenderized with and without the addition of fish oil.
