Abstract
Peningkatan kematian akibat sindrom koroner akut adalah keterlambatan sesorang dalam mencari pengobatan (pre hospital delay). Keterlambatan pasien mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap keslamatan pasien. Modified SCORE Chart dikembangkan untuk menskoring pasien nyeri dada apakah karena sindrom koroner akut atau tidak tanpa memasukan hasil EKG maupun enzim jantung sehingga keterlambatan penanganan dapat dicegah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat sensitivitas dan spesifitas Modified SCORE Chart pasien sindrom koroner akut di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara Modified SCORE Chart. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 164 (82 pasien sindrom koroner akut, 82 pasien non sindrom koroner akut) di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar yang dipilih dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai sensitivitas sebesar 98,8% dan spesifitas sebesar 82,9%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Modified SCORE Chart sensitif dan spesifik dalam menskrining nyeri dada akibat sindrom koroner akut. Saran penelitian adalah Modified SCORE Chart diuji di tempat yang berbeda, waktu yang berbeda dan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak.
English Abstract
Pre hospital delay is the leads cause of acute coronary syndrome death. The increase in deaths due to acute coronary syndrome is pre hospital delay in seeking treatment. Delay in patients has a significant impact on patient safety. Modified SCORE Chart was developed to score chest pain patients whether or not due to acute coronary syndrome without entering the results of EKG or cardiac enzymes so that delays in handling can be prevented. The purpose of this study was to examine the sensitivity and specificity of Modified SCORE Chart of patients with acute coronary syndrome in Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital. The study observational method with cross sectional approach. Instrument in this studi used Modified SCORE Chart interview guide. Respondents in this study were 164 (82 patients with acute coronary syndrome, 82 patients non acute coronary syndromes) in Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital was chosen by consecutive sampling technique. The results showed a sensitivity value of 98.8% and a specificity of 82.9%. So it was concluded that Modified SCORE Chart is sensitive and specific in screening chest pain due to acute coronary syndrome Suggestions for research are Modified SCORE Charts tested in different places, different times and more sample sizes.
