Abstract
Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas layanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama dengan mengutamakan pelayanan promotif dan preventif agar tercapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi tingginya di tingkat wilayah kerjanya. Pengetahuan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku atau sikap seseorang terhadap pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan. Sarana pelayanan kesehatan dasar sudah terdapat di semua kecamatan namun masyarakat Desa Umbul Damar masih memilih menggunakan praktik dokter/bidan/perawat sebagai pilihan utama untuk mencari layanan pengobatan. Hal ini didukung dengan jarak desa ke Puskesmas Binangun yang jauh yaitu kurang lebih 15 kilomenter dan kondisi jalan yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan anatara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat Desa Umbul Damar terhadap pemanfaatan Puskesmas Binangun. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah masyarakat perwakilan setiap keluarga di Desa Umbul Damar. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 263 perwakilan keluarga. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisa data terdapat (59,3%) responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, (62%) responden memiliki sikap positif tentang pemanfaatan Puskesmas Binangun dan (61,9%) responden pernah memanfaatkan Puskesmas Binangun. Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p-value 0.000) dan sikap (p-value 0,000) dengan pemanfaatan Puskesmas Binangun. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat Desa Umbul Damar terhadap pemanfaatan Puskesmas Binangun Kabupaten Blitar.
English Abstract
Puskesmas (Community Health Center/CHS) is a healthcare facility that organizes efforts for first-level individual health services that prioritize promotive and preventive services in order to achieve the highest degree of public health at the level of their work area. Knowledge can influence a person's behavior or attitude towards the use of health services. Basic health service facilities already exist in all sub-districts but the Umbul Damar Village community has been choosing to use the practice of doctors / midwives / nurses as the main choices for seeking medical services. It has been supporting by the distance of the village to the Binangun CHS, which is approximately 15 kilometers and the condition of the road are steep. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude of the community of Umbul Damar Village towards the utilization of the Binangun Health Center. Type of descriptive correlation study with cross sectional approach. The population is the representative community of each family in Umbul Damar Village. Samples were taken using Slovin formula as many as 263 family representatives. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Data analysis results (59.3%) of respondents have good knowledge, (62%) respondents have a positive attitude about the utilization of Binangun CHS and (61.9%) respondents have used the Binangun CHS. The results of the Chi-Square statistic test show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.000) and attitude (p-value 0,000) with the utilization of the Binangun CHS. From the results of this study it can be concluded if there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community of Umbul Damar Village towards the utilization of the Binangun CHS in Blitar Regency.
