Abstract
Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh Ibu sangat dibutuhkan untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu sesuai target Sustainable Development Goals yang telah ditetapkan WHO. Pemerintah telah menyediakan Puskesmas dengan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan Ibu sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor 75 Tahun 2014. Pentingnya pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan Ibu seperti ANC, persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan, dan menjadi akseptor KB telah ditetapkan dalam Permenkes Nomor 97 Tahun 2014. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, Ibu di Desa Umbuldamar lebih memilih pergi melakukan ANC, bersalin, dan menjadi akseptor KB di bidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang pelayanan kesehatan Ibu dengan pemanfaatan Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah Ibu hamil dan atau Ibu dengan anak usia ≤2 tahun di Desa Umbuldamar. Menggunakan Total Sampling sehingga sampel pada penelitian seluruh populasi sebanyak 60 Ibu. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Mayoritas Ibu berusia 20-30 tahun yang memiliki 1 anak dan sebagai Ibu rumah tangga dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA. 68.4% Ibu memiliki pengetahuan baik, 58.3% Ibu memiliki sikap positif tentang pelayanan kesehatan Ibu, dan 61.7% Ibu memanfaatkan Puskesmas Binangun. Hasil uji statistik Spearman rank menunjukkan p-value 0.001 dengan koefisien korelasi 0.403 dan uji Chi square dengan p-value 0.017 dengan koefisien korelasi 0.307. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap tentang pelayanan kesehatan Ibu dengan pemanfaatan Puskesmas di Desa Umbuldamar Kecamatan Binangun Kabupaten Blitar. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu melalui upaya promosi kesehatan serta meningkatkan mutu pelayanan sehingga membentuk sikap yang baik dari Ibu.
English Abstract
Utilization of health services by mothers is very needed to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate according to the target of the Sustainable Development Goals set by WHO. The government has provided Community Health Service with maternal health care facilities in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 75 of 2014. The importance of utilizing maternal health services such as ANC, delivery in a health facility, and being a family planning acceptor has been stipulated in Minister of Health Regulation Number 97 of 2014. Based on the preliminary study, the mother in Umbuldamar Village prefers to go for ANC, give birth, and become a family planning acceptor in a midwife. This study aims to see the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about maternal health services to utilization Community Health Service. The population is pregnant women and / or mothers with children aged ≤2 years in Umbuldamar Village. Using Total Sampling so that the sample in the study is a whole population of 60 mothers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The majority of mothers aged 20-30 years who have 1 child and are housewives with high school as the last education. There were 68.4% of mothers having good knowledge, 58.3% of mothers having a positive attitude about maternal health services and 61.7% of mothers using the Community Health Service in Binangun. The results of the Spearman rank statistical test show p-value is 0.001 with a correlation coefficient is 0.403 and Chi square test with p-value is 0.017 with a correlation coefficient is 0.307. Based on these data it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about maternal health services with utilization of Community Health Service in Umbuldamar Village, Binangun District, Blitar Regency. Hoped that through this research, the Community Health Service can increase the knowledge of mothers through health promotion efforts and improve the quality of services so as to form a good attitude from the mother.
