Abstract
Intra Uterine Device (IUD) merupakan pilihan kontrasepsi yang efektif, aman, dan nyaman bagi sebagian wanita. Pemakaian IUD semakin menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan menggunakan media power point (PPT) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap perempuan usia subur terhadap kontrasepsi IUD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Besuk Agung. Desain penelitian adalah pre eksperimental design, dengan one group pre test-post test design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 69 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Data pengetahuan dan sikap diperoleh melalui kuisioner pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pre test 72,5% dan post test 81,2%, sedangkan sikap pre test 78,3% dan post test 97,1 %. Uji statistic pengetahuan dengan Wilcoxon didapatkan p-value dengan nilai 0,000 dan uji statistic sikap diperoleh nilai pvalue 0,000 Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan menggunakan media power point (PPT) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap perempuan usia subur terhadap kontrasepsi IUD di wilayah kerja puskesmas Besuk Agung.
English Abstract
Intra Uterine Device (IUD) is an effective, safe and comfortable contraceptive choice for some women. The use of an IUD has decreased from year to year. This study was to determine the effect of counseling using media power point (PPT) on the level of knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age to IUD contraception in the work area of the Puskesmas Besuk Agung . The research design was pre-experimental design, with one group pretest and post-test design. The sample used in the study was 69 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was simple random sampling. Data on knowledge and attitudes were obtained through the questionnaire pre-test and post-test .The results showed that the pre test knowledge was 72.5% and the post test was 81.2%, while the pre test attitude was 78.3% and the post test was 97.1%. Test the knowledge statistics with Wilcoxon obtained p-value with a value of 0,000 and attitude statistical tests obtained p-value 0,000 Conclusion: There is the influence of counseling using media power point (PPT) on the level of knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age to IUD contraception in the work area Puskesmas Besuk Agung
