Hamzani, Fikri Audi (2019) Hubungan Antara Faktor Risiko Terjadinya Infeksi Neonatal Dengan Kadar Neutrofil Pada Bayi di Rumah Sakit Mitra Delima, Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Neonatal infection developing country occur around one million deaths each year with symptoms that have occurred early in the baby. In general, as many as five million neonates die from infection. In developing country accounted for deaths in the neonatal period of 98% with 50% of deaths in the neonatal period and the remaining neonatal deaths occurring in the first week of life. Preliminary studies that have been carried out, found many cases of neonatal infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of neontaus infection with factors that can affect neonatal infection in Mitra Delima Hospital, Malang. This study using observational analytic with a cross sectional approach in August 2017-July 2018. The population of this study was mothers and her newborns who had a risk of neonatal infection which amounted to 231. The research instruments used medical record. Analysis used chi-square test with SPSS 23. The results showed that chorioamnionitis, gestational age, weight and infant, APGAR score, and asphyxia had a significant relationship, p value ˂ level of significance (alpha (α = 5%)). The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between risk factors that influence the occurrence of neonatal infection had seen from the level of neutrophil.
